Ocean Surf - Luxe appartement met uitzicht op de oceaan

  • Dit prachtig gepresenteerde luxe appartement met 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers op de benedenverdieping biedt uitzicht op de baai van Lancelin en biedt alle comfort van accommodatie in resortstijl. Biedt u gemakkelijke toegang tot het strand en op loopafstand van de winkels, taverne en restaurants.

    De hoofdslaapkamer heeft een queensize bed met openslaande deuren naar het balkon en een eigen badkamer met bubbelbad, dubbele douche. De tweede slaapkamer heeft 2 eenpersoonsbedden die aan elkaar kunnen worden geknipt om een tweepersoonsbed te maken en heeft een eigen badkamer met douche, toilet en wastafel.

    Er is een grote woonkamer met een comfortabele bank, aan de muur gemonteerde tv, airconditioning en een eettafel. De kitchenette heeft een grote koelkast, magnetron, kookplaat en vaatwasser. Er is een zitkamer en een balkon aan de achterzijde van het pand en beneden biedt gasten een gedeelde wasserette, buitendouche en gemeenschappelijke achtertuin. Volledig linnen voorzien. Het appartement op de bovenste verdieping is ook te huur.

    Deze eigenschap slaapt strikt 4. Tenten, caravans of campers zijn niet toegestaan bij de accommodatie. Strikt niet roken binnen of buiten het pand. Sorry geen huisdieren.

    Check-in tijd is veertien, tenzij vooraf afgesproken.

    Lancelin is aantrekkelijk gelegen tussen een grote, veilige baai met 2 grote eilanden en uitgestrekte zandduinen. De stad is een wereldwijd erkende locatie voor vissen op windsurfen en rotszeekreeft.

    De baai van Lancelin is veruit de beste functie. Het kalme water van deze baai is prachtig en wateractiviteiten domineren de recreatieve activiteiten van de stad.

    Een zeer populaire stad voor mensen die in Perth wonen als een korte vakantie aan de kust.

Double shower but one shower head missing. Water damage all over the wooden floors. Place has a damp smell to it. Location was great and views were good. Not worth the cost charged. Stayed as luxury but place was far from it. If possible try and book in the apartments next door.

Had to wait 3/4 of an hour and two phone calls on arrival at the property manager for access, and then was advised I was a day early which was incorrect. Not having internet was disappointing, no internal laundry facilities or equipment was available for cleaning and the stick vac didn’t work.

The unit was very clean and well furnished. The blinds on the front window and door however are unfortunately poorly installed and need attention before they completely fall down. We had another issue the second day of our vacation when the unit above became occupied. You can hear the other guests walking around loudly and for some reason their smoke alarm kept going off which triggered ours. This was in the evening and when we tried calling management it just went to message bank. The next morning the alarm continued to go off at least 8 more times before a very helpful manager arrived and organised an electrician. I still feel concerned there is some kind of wiring issues in this building. Once these issues are addressed this is a great getaway location.

A1 for location

Having the beach track access over the road and the hole in the van coffee shop within a minutes walk the location is perfect for a relaxed getaway with ocean views, plenty of parking for 2 cars and kids could ride their bikes and play on the green grass. On check in, the manager had us in our original booked accomodation up the road. I explained i had switched and she was adamant I had not, i called the office and they confirmed i was booked where i should have been and i received access to the keys from them. On entry of the unit we noticed the cracked floor boards and cornices (the unit needs maintenance) no kids cups so i grabbed a coffee cup out of the cupboard, it had coffee stains, grabbed another cup and it was even worse 🤢. (Dishwasher sorted that!) Bedroom sliding doors had cobwebs between them (no deep covid clean before our stay on this surface). Being on the first floor you can hear the upper floors movements.

Great Location

The location is excellent. However, the unit needs some maintenance, especially the doors and there has been water leakage in the master bedroom from the bifold doors. Attention to cleaning is needed and in particular the back porch, door tracks and blinds.It is advertised as a luxury property but is not being maintained at this level,The property manager needs to update client information such as Wifi access and password other time is wasted on phone calls.

Great Stay

Had a wonderful stay at this property. The view from the balcony was amazing as it is just next to the beach. Main bedroom's bathroom had a great holiday touch to it with the hot tub and big windows! :)
