'My stay at the Trang An was great! The staff is extremely nice, they help whenever they can.
They went above and beyond when we asked for something, for example when we asked if we could get into our room a bit earlier, how to get from Ninh Binh to Cat Ba and when we asked to do our laundry pretty last minute.
They even gave us an extra bottle of water when we were on the way to the next destination.
Highly recommend this place!'

'We loved our stay! The property has beautiful views and is so peaceful. We saw monkeys just outside our door! The breakfast is delicious- try the banana pancakes and lunch and dinner options were great too. The staff was so helpful. Duy and Tri helped with our transportation and tour bookings. They were so fun and kind and we loved talking to them every day. I would not hesitate to recommend this place!'

Upon arrival to the property, Expedia had not informed them of the booking. They were sold out and had no room. Nia made calls immediately to the nearby properties, secured a room, called for a taxi AND paid for it!! What service. I was totally blown away. Her service raises the bar for everyone in hospitality. '

'Perfect location to visit all the tourist attractions in the area; I recommend hiring a bicycle from the homestay and cycling to each one, it is all relatively flat.

'We loved our stay at Limestone. Dzung and Dep were unbelievably friendly and helpful. I left my phone in the Grab, and Dzung was instrumental in getting it back to me within an hour.
