Den här hotellet kan vi inte rekommendera. Stranden kass, poolen smutsigt och hotellet är gammalt och ner slitet.

Ich habe eine Villa gemietet. Die Aussicht vom Balkon war kaum zu übertreffen. Das Hotel liegt an einer Lagune, keine Möglichkeit im Meer zu baden. Die ganze Anlage wirkte auf mich sehr ungepflegt und lieblos. Man ist ständig auf ein Taxi angewiesen, um nur schon Getränke einzukaufen.

Thank you very much for your response. we do apologize regarding the sea. we really recommend you to go to Chenang beach for sea sport which is 10 minutes from our hotel. We do provide in room dine service. you can call our restaurant using provided phone and they will deliver it to your room. we are currently recovering from lekima typhoon that have heavily damaged our hotel. we do apologize about that. however we do hope to see you again. have a nice day

Room is nice and cozy. They upgrade us to villa on the sea. My only complain is the beach is quite muddy at low tide. The rest is good. We got internet tv in the room which is nice.

we do apologize regarding the muddy beach during low tide. the reason the beach is muddy is we have build wave retaining wall on the sea to protect us from big wave. for us, safety is the most important but muddy beach is the side effect of it. thank you so much for your support, we will try to configure out how to reduce the mud on our beach. please come again.

The room was very spacious since somehow they gave us a VIP room, but it was quite a bit out of date. The staff was unprofessional. They took half an hour to check us in, didnt give any voucher for breakfast (I booked a room with free breakfast), and doing something else on their phone while helping us. We have to find our own way to the room and the reception didnt even check our room when checking us out. Also, it was a little confused because we were not sure if we booked the room over the water villa or inland villa (cause the room when booking online show the over water villa). However we got the VIP room inland so I’m not sure if they had no more over water room so that was why they put us in the VIP room inland. It actually a very nice place to stay, but need to improve with the service

We do apologize as some of our staff were new at that time. Thanks to your concern, they are fully trained now. Your booking ( Deluxe Double Room Sea View ) is indeed located on our main building ( on land ). the villa that is located on the water (sea) will be Standard Suite @ Sea Village, Executive Suite @ Sea Village and Superior Suite @ Sea Village.
