'My husband & I had a fun & relaxing 1 month stay at the luxury condo & the surrounding area. The building was quiet, clean & well maintained. The condo itself was clean & well stocked with all the essentials we needed. It was perfect for the 2 of us. Our host was welcoming, responsive & courteous. Theres an outdoor rooftop pool thats a very relaxing area just to sit & enjoy the sunshine while taking in the view. There was some construction going on with some early morning noise, but not too...

'Condo is misleading. I wouldn't call it a studio, efficiency apartment is better. This is a single room, which you can tell from the pictures, so I was prepared. Others might not be as observant. It was clean. The shower is top notch (if you're comfortable showering in front of anyone staying with you). The courtyard is lovely. The neighborhood is great, walked to the park several times while in town. I did not use any of the kitchen amenities, so I can't speak to that. There was a...

'Unfortunately, this property was totally unacceptable and we had to move out after one day. We had selected it because it said there was a washer/dryer--in the past, that has always meant in the unit (and we have rented many). The washer/dryer were in a dirty shed in the backyard that required payment. The rental unit itself was incredibly noisy--it faces a busy street and the AC units were deafening. We hardly slept. There were several things broken (like a door). Prior ratings were "5" and we...

Modern, Quiet & Private Condo w/ Fenced YardLake Worth Beach
8.0 van 10, Zeer goed, (2 beoordelingen)
'The inside looks exactly like the pictures, and the host always replied to my messages. However, we did have a few issues. The fenced yard was messy with chairs and cushions all over, and there were 2 areas where the pavers were sinking into the ground. We did need our sheets changed due to sand-like material on the pillow and sheet. The AC was leaking, so we had to put a pan under it and continuously change it. Finally, the guests upstairs were walking around, dropping things and moving things...

'I arrived and didn’t feel safe at this place. I was under the impression it was a house and instead it was a condo shared with multiple people. When we arrived there were people in the backyard smoking. When we walked in the house it smelt of marijuana. We immediately contacted the owner saying we couldn’t stay there and we didn’t feel safe. He said he understood and would refund us the money. Yet here I am a week later fighting with VRBO because the owner is saying he will not refund us the...

'Terrible- first time ever posting a review, but I feel like it needs to be said. NOT as advertised. Showed up and the place was dark and no where to park, did not feel safe. Immediately contacted both VRBO and the host asking for a refund. Stayed at hotel a few miles away. Three weeks later still no response from either VRBO or the host. '

'This is an affordable place to stay with a pet. Positives were the place was clean and quiet. As cute as it was remodeled , it still had the disadvantages of an older property such as low water pressure, door sticking and window ACs. We enjoy our short stay and it met our needs.'

'At first, seemed an ideal property. It wasn't. Arrived to the property about 9pm after a long day. Tried the door code. It didn't work. Attempted multiple times, before contacting the unit hosts. They never shared a phone number, so waiting for message to go through, on the worst internet connection we have seen since 2010. Finally get a message stating since this is a costal area the door sticks, so to rock the door while the code is making noise... husband tried 4 times before the broken lock...

'This was the worst place I ever rented. BEWARE they call you a few hours before your trip starts to tell you the unit isn’t available then with no other option switch you into a hell hole of a place that windows and doors didn’t even lock in a bad neighborhood only to say you have to wait till the following day to get help. Now we’re fighting to get our money back we left and booked a hotel I wouldn’t even feel safe letting my dogs stay there. No contact since I requested a refund. '

'Perfect location, one block from the beach, right by lots of bars and restaurants without there being any noise. Property was clean and facilities were great. Shower didn’t have very good water pressure, but that is the only issue. Rooftop pool was very clean and quiet with lots of space to sit. One parking spot per room so there was no worries about getting a space'

'I took pictures when we got there and things were not what the pictures on site said to be . The TV is not secure to the wall and the legs under the bed was not screwed into the bed right and the fire alarm was hanging from the ceiling .the doors to patio were not closed correctly but we fixed those so it would be safe . 'Our stay was absolutely perfect from start to finish! The space was exactly as pictured—beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The layout made great use of the space, and the location couldn't have been better. The hosts were wonderful and made everything easy. The room itself was cool, bright, airy, and somehow still felt incredibly cozy. The bed was so comfortable, and the bedding was some of the best we've slept in while traveling.Everything about our stay exceeded our...
