'Don't stay at this hotel if you only plan to stay overnight and can't arrive early to check-in and leave early the next morning like what we did.
Despite our rather short stay, we were able to celebrate my dad's birthday in a memorable way. We even got a complimentary cake!
My parents loved their room and so did my brother and cousin. Our room was spacious enough for our curious one year old and our 10 year old son.
Wide variety of choices in their breakfast buffet and they even packed...

'I had a lovely stay in The Reef - what a beautiful place! Very nice rooms, fine breakfast, very warm and friendly staff, and very easy access to great snorkeling. One point of attention - when the staff orders a taxi, they automatically order a luxury taxi which is double as expensive as a white taxi. As you need to pay taxis with cash, this can lead to a negative surprise when you are low on cash (for me, on my trip to the airport going back)'

'The student training in VIP on M floor . Her name Jayyjay made my stay worth it. She was attentive to my needs. The whole while maintaining company policy in a professional maner.
