'C'était notre quatrième séjour à Las Galeras. Nous aimons la tranquillité du lieu, ses plages magnifiques et ses gens accueillants. Éco-Village est sans contredit l'endroit que nous avons préféré. Pour quiconque de dédaigne pas se déplacer à pied dans un rayon de 1.5 kilomètres, c'est l'idéal. Le lieu est sécure, superbement aménagé et luxuriant. La villa est confortable, le staff gentil, affable et discret. Nous voulons définitivement renouveler l'expérience. Merci à Sergio et toute l'équipe...

'This house (Villa Fuente de la Suerte) and location were perfect! We loved every day—no bugs at all!!—none, no mosquitoes or other bugs that can ruin a vacation. The pool was very large by Caribbean standards, clean, and the house was better than the pictures. The view and feel of the surrounding wilderness were awesome. The house and location were completely quiet. No cars, no motor cycles, no roosters. We have never experienced that quiet in the tropics before. World class beaches abound...

'We loved our stay with Sylvia. Her property is simply a tropical paradise and she and her staff are great. The accommodations are very basic, and rather quaint which suited us just fine. If you are expecting slick, new and air conditioning, this is not the place for you. But if you want a little piece of tropical beauty, with a great pool, then we would highly recommend this property. you must like dogs as well ,there are 5 of them'

'The villa was just stunning, it felt like a tropical paradise. The walk to the nearly always empty pool was stunning, my children played all day between the house and pool. The local beach was the best I have ever seen and we enjoyed a drink at the local bars.'

'The place is clean and spacious. The property manager was very good at communicating all the details of the property and the area. Very helpful. It will be useful to have laundry services specially for stays longer than 4 days. But other than that Great place!'

The road is is quite rough but go slow and take your time it’s no problem staff was great however we had a language issue ( English to DR). The pool was perfect for hanging out in the evenings. We hiked to Las Galares and enjoyed the locals and found some hidden gems (Raquel’s beach bar and a pizzeria on the main street right side facing the ocean)'

'Great place, felt like living in a castle looking over our kingdom. Nice morning walk to French bakery for fresh bread and pastry. Nice restaurants along waterfront. Best local beach is Coson. Can take surf lessons. Word of caution. Driveway is very steep. Be prepared. Jim'

'This property is located in a safe, relax and nice complex in Las Terrenas area. The apartment is beautiful, very well decorated, comfortable and with all the implements that you might need. The best: The terrace! Everyone (from the children to the grandfathers, even our pet) enjoyed it. The maid was a great help. Thank you Victoria!'

'Nice house. Road is very steep. Bathroom on main floor had odors of sewer coming out. Grill on top floor didnt work well. Over all was a decent property.'

'The house is lovely as is the pool. The cushions in main area and pillows in general smelled musty so we hung out outside. Be aware there is alot of construction in your backyard but we didnt really care. The pool is terrific and location is great, walking distance to really nice beaches and 15 -20 walk to large supermarket. We would happily return.'

'Very pretty setting, nice views of the ocean and forest, and so close to the beach and town. As described it is rustic and a bit rugged but had what we needed and we enjoyed being surrounded by nature. There is a lovely hike to Playa Madama right from the property. We loved the relaxed vibe of Las Galeras. Our host, Evanot, was very responsive and helpful.'

'The location of the apartment and the view was wonderful! However, the apartment itself needs a lot of work and tender-loving care. The dishwasher did not work at all; the clothes washer stopped working for us; and the back door and window in master bedroom had to be fixed. Windows also leaked when it rained and water had to be mopped up. Two lamps were partially broke in living room and middle bedroom; and just no help with hot water, extra towels, Kleenex tissues, toilet paper, etc. We just...
