'The people at sol del oriente are some of the kindest staff ive ever met. They were super punctual and always happy to lend a helping hand. Big shoutout to darlene and juan-carlos for their hospitality! The only cons I have are of the room, the rooms are definitely showing ageing and water pressure and water temperature were an issue. However, at the end of the day, the room was still fairly comfortable and very affordable. Absolutely amazing proximity to wanchaq station.'

'The hotel is close to everything in Cusco, and the area is safe. The room (#5) was very cozy, clean and pleasant to be in. Also loved the early check-in (12PM) and the breakfast. Camila was very helpful, reachable all the time and helped me a lot with a small medical problem I had while there. I simply love boutique hotels like this one and I fully enjoyed my stay there 😃'

'Casa Cristobal Centenario is a great place to stay. It’s about 10 to 20 minutes maximum walk to plaza de armas. Staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Breakfast is amazing. If you plan a tour most of the companies pick you up from the hotel, but keep in mind that they tend to drop you off in the central area like plaza de armas. If you use Inka Rail to go to Macchu Picchu you can also walk to the train station. Casa Cristobal was very good, affordable and convenient place to stay in...
