Dit is een prachtig ingerichte bovenste verdieping (niemand boven!) 2br 2ba condominium gelegen in het Viera-gebouw, met een balkon met uitzicht op het meer. Adres: 30 Strada di Villaggio # 618, Henderson, NV 89011. Dit gemakkelijk toegankelijke appartement biedt een kingsize bed in de slaapkamer, een ander kingsize bed in de 2e slaapkamer en een slaapbank in de woonkamer. Op het grote terras met tafel en stoelen kunt u ontspannen en genieten van het uitzicht op het meer en de prestigieuze gemeenschap van Lake Las Vegas. De grote keuken heeft een volledig fornuis met oven, magnetron, koelkast, koffiezetapparaat, borden, glazen bestek en een broodrooster. Badkamerbenodigdheden zoals hand- en lichaamshanddoeken, zeep en shampoo zijn ook inbegrepen. Gratis draadloos high speed internet, Roku TV (gratis Netflix, Amazon Prime en PLEX-films!) en schotel satelliet-tv zijn inbegrepen. Flatscreen-tv's zijn opgenomen in de woonkamer en beide slaapkamers. Faciliteit biedt ook een volledig gevulde fitnessruimte, wasserette met munten, gratis overdekte parkeerplaats, grote zwembaden en een hot tub die het hele jaar door worden verwarmd. Relaxing stay with wonderful views

We've stayed at the Viera several times and it's always a great stay. The condo is very comfortable and has a great deck overlooking Lake Las Vegas. We look forward to returning soon.

Wonderful place and great communication from owner

The stay at Lake Las Vegas was overall excellent. I would highly recommend the place. It is close enough to Las Vegas but you feel miles away. Strolling the complex is pleasant and the grocery store on site is very convenient. The condo is in excellent condition and has everything you would need. Both bedrooms have plenty of space and feel comfortable.

Great view!

Location is about 1/2 out of Las Vegas but we knew that and were ok with it. It was a lovely condo and had a great view of Lake Las Vegas. Very quiet and secure. Only complaint is that the bathrooms need a floor mat in the showers. Floor was very slippery in the shower. Otherwise a very nice place to stay.

Spectacular Vacation

This condo has amazing views of Lake Las Vegas. We spent many hours lounging on the balcony. We also cook in quite a bit and had almost everything we needed. The unit is very comfortable and spacious. Excellent place for a vacation. We look forward to returning.

The property was quite nice and very convenient for us. We love the village and variety of restaurants. The pool is not heated so unless you want an ice plunge forget about it. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Overall, the property was great place to stay and would return. Close to restaurants and fun activities. Suggest regular maintenance updates and walk thru prior to guest arrival to ensure all appliances working properly ( ie Microvave wasn't working)

Golf Getaway

We come to the Las Vegas area to stay away from the strip. This condo was perfect for a 5 day golf getaway. The best part was being able to walk to great restaurants at the end of the day - followed by a lovely place to hang out. We do this trip every year. OH! Garage Parking!!!! What a plus.

Great Spot

Cristian and Mariana's place is great. Highly recommend for a nice quiet stay! Close enough to the strip, but a great way to avoid the hustle and bustle of staying down there the whole time. Great hosts, and would definitely stay with them again the next time I'm in the area.

What you would hope for.

The unit was all the thing that you would both want and expect. The view was a delight and you felt at home. A much nicer environment than dealing with the Vegas strip. Came here once 5 years ago…won’t go back to the strip again. Worth renting .

Away from it all

It was a drive into the city but I wanted to be somewhere that I knew I’d be safe. It’s great how once you are there you don’t have to leave because there are places to eat and a grocery store.

I I lived in Las Vegas for over 40 years and had been gone about 6 months we now live in Seattle. Came back down here to visit my parents and our stay at Lake Las Vegas was wonderful. Mariana and Christian were great hosts property was clean and everything was great. Look forward to visiting again thanks for everything would highly recommend!

Good location, bad communication from owners

This property was in a good location and central to a lot of the activities that we were doing. It would've been excellent had we not come the week that we had. They were working on the water main lines and our water was shut off 4 of the nights that we were there between 11pm and 6am. Which actually ended up getting shut off between 10:30-11pm. And no more heated pool or hot tub for the 4 days. We couldn't flush the toilet or wash our hands during this time so when we left early for our flight we couldn't even wash our face or hands and brush our teeth let alone flush the toilet. That was bad but what was worse was being woken up by loud sawing and drilling almost every night while they were working. We feel that this information should have been disclosed to us before our stay and that we should've been given the opportunity to decide whether or not we wanted to continue with out reservations there. Honestly, the condos should not have been rented out for that week of work. When we brought our grievances to the owners they said "sorry for the inconvenience." When we asked for a partial refund they gave us a small fraction of what we paid overall which was very disappointing.
