Onlangs gerenoveerd en professioneel ingericht, dit fantastische huis op 8 mijl van de Las Vegas Strip heeft vijf slaapkamers, in de grond zwembad, bovengrondse spa, overdekt terras, professionele pooltafel, wasmachine en droger in de wasruimte met strijkijzer en strijkplank, kabel en snel draadloos internet is perfect voor zaken of plezier.

De woning is centraal gelegen in een rustige en veilige buurt, op slechts 8 mijl van de Las Vegas Strip recht omhoog Tropicana Blvd .; 13 mijl van McCarran Airport vlak bij de 215 Beltway; Een korte rit naar het Rode Rock Canyon National Park waar u kunt genieten van het zicht, wandelen of rotsklimmen; 45 minuten van Mt. Charleston waar je een dag kunt skiën of snowboarden of wandelen. U hoeft niet lang, maar ongeveer 2 minuten, te halen om bij een verscheidenheid aan gastronomische restaurants te eten, boodschappen te kopen, te winkelen of te drinken in een van de verschillende buurtaanjes.

Er zijn vijf slaapkamers met in totaal 6 bedden (een koning en vijf koninginnen). Elke slaapkamer heeft een LCD 35 'flatscreen-tv met kabel, nachtstand en dressoir met spiegel. De master badkamer heeft een douche, een groot bad met jets en tegelvloer. Er is een grote keuken volledig uitgerust om te koken en bakken met alle apparatuur en service voor twaalf. De woonkamer heeft een 65 "HD LG Smart TV. De speelkamer heeft een professionele pooltafel, bartafel en ontlasting. De achtertuin heeft een groot lagune stijl zwembad, overdekt spa groot genoeg om 8 mensen te passen, overdekt terras en prachtige landscaping en een tuin met fruitbomen. In town for a golf tournament. Cooked dinner every night at property. The house and rooms were cozy. Liked the open island kithen with open great room with couch and bar chairs at island in kitchen. Would rent property again.

Surprise Birthday Trip

We are 5 sisters that planned a surprise trip to celebrate a birthday for one of the sisters. We had an amazing time and the home was perfect. There were 10 adults and we all were very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and really lovely. It was great being away from the strip. We would definitely rent here again. The host was very communicative with any questions and I appreciated that.

Convenient and clean

We stayed at the house for Thanksgiving. Kitchen is terrific with a large refrigerator and immense counter space. House was impeccably clean. Having a pool table was great. Loved that the house has no carpeting. If you have kids under 2 years old, plan on bringing a Pack n Play because the one that is listed with the house is for an infant. The rollaway crib is small and on wheels, so it is fine for infants but not for babies who can stand in the crib. We used a cute child’s bed that sits on the floor and our 3 year old loved it. We would definitely use the house again and Maria was a great host.

The home was large enough for our big group to hang out comfortably. The house seemed pretty clean, but we did notice the floor wasn't cleaned very thoroughly given we didn't wear shoes in the house and our socks and children's feet were filthy on the first day. There was a mop so the issue was remedied. One other thing to note is to bring your own toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags! What was supplied was not enough for a large group staying for a week. After reaching out to host, I was informed that what was supplied was meant as a starter only and more would not be provided. Overall, this was a great spot for a large family, with amenities that helped us stay very comfortably (i.e. fully stocked kitchen appliances, clean towels, laundry, detergent, cleaning supplies). Another plus was the children's books, poker set and pool table!

Great times, property was great and as advertised. Fantasy Football league stayed here for draft weekend. Location is close enough to the city but really close to the Durango which the crew loved for the sportsbook and space to roam compared to the strip.

Great place. Only complaint would be wheelchair accessibility. One of our friends that stayed with us requires a power chair to get around. The house is listed as wheelchair accessible and we called to make sure. There is no ramp to get in and out of the house or the back door area. There are no hand rails for the 1st floor bathroom and the shower is small. It was very difficult for our friend who is partially paralyzed. We had to pick up his power chair in the front of it for him to get into the house. All that said, it is a very clean, beautiful house to stay in and is very centrally located.

Great Weekend Getaway

Easy access, house was as described in every detail; instructions were clear and not too restrictive. Location is not in Rhodes Ranch, but that wasn’t an issue. The only issue was the ice maker and lack of paper towels. Somehow, we muddled through. Would highly recommend. Great for friends and/or large family gatherings.

Perfect for my Family

This was the perfect house and it was better and nicer than the pictures. We stayed for 3 nights. It was clean and spacious. The neighborhood is quiet and it’s close to plenty of food and far enough away from downtown Vegas (the strip) but not too far. It was also close to the airport which was nice. Had a great stay!

Fundamentally a nice house but it seems it is not being maintained. We had the following issues and no response from the host so far. - hot tub power went out, and we weren't able to use it - ice machine in the fridge is jammed - blender is leaking from the base - propane tank for the grill is empty - ants all over the floor - seems to be emanating from the ground floor bathroom

Wonderful property

Stayed for a long weekend while visiting family in Summerlin. The house is very spacious and has everything we needed. Lovely backyard with a pool and hot tub that we used several times during our stay. Beds are very comfortable, maybe the best in a VRBO in a long time. Kitchen was well appointed. All in all, a great property. Will be back.

Quiet location, a short drive to shopping or a visit to the Vegas Strip!

This property was perfect for a family trip. With a bedroom and bathroom/ shower on the first floor for those challenged with stairs to a huge kitchen living area. This was a great place for family to stay and gather together. It was a little cold to use the pool but the hot tub was wonderful. The kitchen had all you would need to prepare food there. Overall it was a great place to stay. Saving the info for trips in the future!

Wonderful house in great neighborhood

The house is very clean with 5 large bedrooms with comfortable beds. Lots of bath, hand and pool towels. Bathroom stocked with hair & soap products. Kitchen had plenty of plates, silverware & glasses along with a large refrigerator . Quiet neighborhood. Large backyard. There are TVs in every room. Larger TV in living room. Good wifi and Internet. The VRBO contact, Maria, is very prompt when returning messages. Would definitely stay here again.

The cleaning people were apparently in a hurry. The jacuzzi had black dirt in it, one of the bathtubs hadn't been cleaned, the grill was filthy and we ran out of gas just as we were cooking steaks for 10 people.

Relaxed Las Vegas Stay!

This home, located in the SW part of the area, provided a clean and comfortable stay for our group! Very easy access to much suburban shopping and restaurants. Very easy access to the Strip! Very easy access to Red Rock Canyon. The immediate area is a quiet neighborhood, very clean, we felt very safe! The pool, spa, and billiard table kept our group entertained. We very much recommend this home rental.
