Het perfecte toevluchtsoord na een zware dag op het werk of in het spel. Slechts enkele minuten van alle van de braspartij die Las Vegas te bieden heeft, dit resort instelling is de ideale plek om terug te keren. Dompel in het zwembad in de zomer, warm jezelf bij het vuur in de winter, of ontspan in de jacuzzi op elk moment van het jaar. Vraag een offerte. Offertes die automatisch worden ontvangen, zijn vaak verkeerd.

Wanneer u klaar bent om de stad te schilderen rood bent, hoef je niet ver te gaan. De Palmen en de Rio liggen op 5 minuten lopen of een minuut rijden (zie foto's). De strip is slechts 15 minuten lopen of 3 minuten rijden. Kom dan naar huis, schop je schoenen uit en geniet van alle gemakken van thuis - kabeltelevisie, wifi, een goed gevulde keuken, je eigen in-condo wasruimte, en vooral, nieuwe comfortabele bedden. De inrichting is smaakvol en rustgevend. De foto's niet beginnen te doen justitie. Beveiligde parkeerplaats is overvloedig en gratis. U kunt parkeren naast de flat.

Of het nu gaat Outlet shopping, Golfen, Family entertainment, Gokken, Conventies, Fremont Street, site zien of een conferentie, zult u eenvoudig toegang van ons appartement te vinden.

EDC weekend

Everything about this place was convenient. We stayed for EDC weekends. Matt did not price gauge this place at all. He did not cancel on us, and made it very easy to check in. I do wish it wasn’t on the third floor, but that’s me being overly exhausted from our weekend. The place has a balcony, 2 pools, a gym , and a spa. Matt is very generous with ensuring all the we were informed of all the amenities this place comes with. Thank you!

Decent place for the price. Tile flooring needs repairs or replaced. Smoke detector battery was low and beeping. But the stay was good for our short trip.

Aged condo in apartment complex 30 min walk from Strip

The condo was part of a large complex which also offers a gym and a small communal pool. The larger pool was closed due to improper maintenance during our stay. Las Vegas Boulevard (Strip) is more than "a stone's throw"away, you need at least 30 minutes on foot. The flat is large but dated and poorly maintained. The air conditioning was loud and not very effective, the fittings in the bathrooms were loose, as were some of the floor tiles. The kitchen barely has enough glasses, the equipment is poor compared to other accommodation in this price category. The communication was not very smooth. We only received the check-in information the night before (when we went through the Fewo Direkt support line) because the host did not respond to messages beforehand. The location is good, everything can be reached quickly by car (parking is free within the complex, but expensive in the city). The apartment complex is old but nice.

The location is a 5 min ride from the Vegas strip, everything was super accessible in terms of things to do, shopping locations, swimming at the two pools available, etc. We got there right for 3pm and everything was clean! Check in was smooth, no concerns!

Not safe for kids

You get what you pay for. The place is falling apart and not safe for babies - like, AT ALL! It was a safe place for us to sleep. Don't count on using the wi-fi. The signal wasn't even strong enough to use any streaming services on the tv.

Great location! We walked to the 24 hour Walgreens for drinks & snacks. We walked to the Rio, twice! We saw Penn & Teller make an elegant disappear and had a $$ breakfast. Friends drove us the the Strip to explore at see a concert. It was nice to get back to a quiet place after Vegas sensory overload.

Great place but needs a deep cleaning and some repairs and better mattresses

It was easy to book, check in, communication was excellent. The place could rent for double if the tile floors were fixed, and it had better kitchen appliances and mattresses. The kitchen also had lots of crumbs in drawers, and drawer below the oven. We ended up buyimg storage containers and cups because there weren't any. I'd stay there again, but I'd be more prepared next time with basic cooking tools and paper plates. Needs a different cleaning team between guests. The laundry was older but worked great!!

Excellent Condo!

Keurig, Normal coffee pot, cold a/c, and one of the best showers I've ever had! It was like standing under a hot waterfall! We walked everywhere, safe sidewalks over the highway to the strip - maybe 1/2 mile or so to Caesars.

The appt was very convenient to the strip and convention center. The beds in the two guest rooms were badly broken on one side. The garbage disposal didn't work The drains in the bathrooms didn't work well (both the sink and the tubs) The Kitchen was poorly stocked with drinking glasses and eating utensils. There were some loose tiles in the hallway The property seemed to be safe, with controlled access and a guard on duty 24/7. Multiple pools, a hot tub and lazy river were nice.

Great place

We had a great time. The property was spacious and clean, had all amenities required and was in a good location (a $15 taxi ride to the strip). The shared pool area was really nice. Mike was responsive with all my queries and it was such an easy and pleasant experience. Thanks for having us!

Needs much tlc

This unit was clean but in much need of some professional detailing. Many broken floor tiles some were glued back down but no grout. One before the master wasnt even glued down. The couch felt like it would fall over when you sat on it. All the furniture was clearly 2nd hand. I know we were in Vegas and basically needed a place to sleep. All three beds had mattresses that were worn out. The kitchen was fine. There clearly has been professional work done to upgrade it. Again nice and clean but in need of some repairs. You can read about these same issues from reviews months ago.
