Well the A/C unit could use an upgrade so the jump scares will stop while sleeping. Other than that I was satisfied with my stay.

Tile in bathroom was cracked, loose, and missing grout between half of the tiles. Water damage around the tub area. TV stuck on 1 channel. Not even using the TV console controls would work to change channels. All other buttons functioned properly.

The staff was rude. The ice nachine didnt work. They refused me a receipt. The breakfast was ok .the free shampoo and siap was cheap . The curtains in the room do t close . And there see thru people can look in. The pool was dirty

Front desk rather rude very difficult to understand and would not explain the deposit to me which was not noted on the reservation site. The bed was lumpy and there is a lot of highway noise if you’re a light sleeper. But it’s a safe location just off the I 15 in an area that’s still rather sketchy

Sheets were suspect in cleanliness and housekeeping was not done daily..been to other hotels that charge a lot less and they change the sheet daily without asking….noise travelled very easily at night…was in a convenience place for my purpose..would I use again…probably not

Our room was in excellent condition. Hotel was quiet and near our event. We would definitely stay there again. Breakfast was also good!

The morning breakfast was good, and the host was on top of keeping the food well supplied. The rooms were clean, frig and microwave worked well. Lots of channels on the TV service. The owners/managers were nice and helpful. For the caliber of hotel, they do a nice job.

The staff was awesome and helpful. The room was ok. The water pressure was terrible in the shower (makes it hard to rinse your hair when you have long thick hair) and for the toilet, it would barely flush. The air Conditioner was super loud and never shut off- no thermostat control and it would make a clunking sound every so often that would wake you up. The neighborhood is not the best, little run down. Felt a little unsafe If you have your window open you hear a lot of loud motorcycles and traffic, you can hear cars racing down the street. Over all for the price it’s a little expensive for what you get.

Good, basic and clean hotel. The only complain was that the WiFi wasn't working, and since it was a work trip, i couldn't get up to date with work, actually fell behind. I asked for help at the front desk and they couldn't do anything about it.

The facility was modern and cleanliness was superior. We have two unfavorable comments. The drapes ifor the window in the living/bedroom would not fully close. Sun and bright lights at night kept us awake. By contrast, the sofa seemed to be comfortable but there were no lights or lamps overhead or standing. It was too dark to sit there to read or even talk. Otherwise, the room was comfortable and the layout was good. The desk receptionist took too long to check us in. We already had reservations, so the process should have been simple and quick.

Not the room I booked
I am 6'5" and cannot sleep comfortably in a small bed- I always book a King , especially when traveling with my wife. When we checked in, we were given a room with 2 double beds. We were told it was the only room left. They did somehow manage to find us a room with a king, after I made an issue of this with the front desk.

Just an average room, nothing special. the pros: friendly desk staff, nice view from the room, good location for seeing the air base and fighter jets taking off and landing. Cons: breakfast selection was about as simple as it could be. it would be hard to call this a breakfast, since the hotel is located on a verry busy intersection (Lamb and Craig) it was quite noisy even throughout the night. ok stay

Our stay was very uncomfortable. We booked forb2 nights and could barely stay one. Theblobby floor and rug was dirty, the carpet in the elevator was coming apart, and whennwe go to our room it was worse. Holes in the curtain, a big burn hole in the carpet, hair grease on the headboard, dark stains on the pillow, tv was crooked like someone had tried to steal it, wallpaper pealing off the bathroom walls, bathroom tile cracked and coming apart, holes all over the wall where a bigger mirror once was, screetching sounds from the shower, and buildup on the showerhead. We didnt have anywhere else to go with such short notice and fear we wouldnt get our money back. The only positive thing i can say is we found another place to stay our second night so they only charged us for the one night. It was the worst place we have ever stayed.
