Lake Las Vegas Vakantie uitje. Twintig minuten van de Las Vegas Strip. Geniet van Lake Access tot kajakken, paddle boarding, varen. De supermarkt van het seizoen ligt op 5 minuten lopen van dit prachtige appartement: restaurants, wijnbar en ijs voor uw smaakpapillen. Lake Las Vegas is een Master Planned Resort-gemeenschap op enkele minuten van de Las Vegas-strip met een meer van 320 hectare met meer dan 20 mijl kustlijn. Twee golfbanen; een privé Jack Nicklaus baan op South Shore is voor leden, en de 18 holes Reflection Bay golfbaan ligt op North Shore en is ook een door Jack Nicklaus ontworpen baan.

Naast het winkelen aan Lake Las Vegas, ligt het district in het nabijgelegen Green Valley op 10 minuten rijden van het meer, evenals het winkelcentrum Galleria. Natuurlijk is gamen beschikbaar bij de Fiesta, Sunset Station en Green Valley Ranch Casino. Alle drie casino's zijn binnen 14 minuten van het meer. Bioscopen met luxe ligstoelen zijn verkrijgbaar bij Sunset Station.

Voor de natuurliefhebber en wandeling vindt u in de buurt verschillende Rails to Trails-wandelingen. Een spectaculair uitzicht op Lake Mead op de Historic Railroad-wandelroute voert u door verschillende tunnels langs Lake Mead helemaal naar Hoover Dam. De spectaculaire Red Rocks liggen op 35 minuten afstand en bieden meer dan 21 wandelpaden in het Red Rock Canyon National Conservatory. Watervallen, uniek plantenleven en woestijn beestjes bieden interessante en mooie locaties langs de paden.

Voor de skiër en snowboarder, zijn Las Vegas Ski en Snowboard Resort gelegen op Mount Charleston een uur van Lake Las Vegas.

Great little condo with two beds / baths and a patio overlooking the village. Host was easy to coordinate and communicate with. Condo was very clean and quiet - great spot to stay if you want to be close to Henderson but want something that’s not a resort or casino.

The overall stay was great. Location and amenites were great. However, the bed and linens need improvement. The mattress was not supportive causing back pain to all members of my family. Additionally, the linens were not of quality that one would expect.Truely would consider making a return trip if these minor changes are made.

The apartment is beautiful and very comfortable. An easy walk to the pool, the lake, and restaurants, and a short 15 minute drive to shopping. The communication with the host was excellent - he anticipated and answered all our questions. We really enjoyed our stay.

Good spot, fun location

The unit was clean and we loved the balcony. We cooked breakfast there, but ate out most other times. The location was fun near the lake and restaurants and shops. The pool was awesome and we did use the workout room which was a little dated, but it did the job.

No actual luxury

When we arrived we were greeted with beautiful landscape and then reality hit. We quickly realized the lack of parking. the "temporary parking" signs are completely ignored by those in residence and visiting so they are not actually an option what so ever. the lower parking lot is completely filled for the next 20 minutes as we circle hoping that someone is going to leave the grocery store section atleast so that we can relax after a 9 hour drive. After re-reading the listing i am quickly realizing that the listing has some half-truths. There is never temporary parking available at the top parking lot so be prepared to drop your bags at the door and then drive around and hope someone leaves. Meanwhile my friend and i pull our luggage out and head into the lobby. We start down the hallway of these luxury apartments and we are greeted with ill maintained property AND GIANT COCKROACHES! The biggest i have ever seen. At this moment Luxury no longer existed for me. After running past the roaches and getting to the door of our apt/condo. I reached out to the lister via text to ask if there was anyway we could gain access to the mostly empty parking garage because we still hadn't found parking AND MY MESSAGE WAS IGNORED ENTIRELY. Most of the stores in "the village" are closed and despite the STRICT hoa rules there is a super loud bar that goes full blast til beyond midnight so if you have kids don't stay here. This "village" is a fascade. high price for no benefit. stay elsewhere.

We really enjoyed being right in the village at Lake Las Vegas! View from our patio was quite nice and we found the floor plan worked perfectly for our family. We always prefer at least one king-sized bed. Appreciated Dish TV and internet, access to pool and hot tub and the keyless entry was very handy. Only complaints were that the beds could have been more comfortable and the bathrooms and plumbing could use some updating.

Fantastic Stay at Lake Las Vegas Condo

I recently stayed at a wonderful condo near Lake Las Vegas, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The condo was exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. This condo was perfect for our stay with friends. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, hiking, dinners, dessert, music, balcony and the view all without having to leave the property.

We enjoyed our stay here, the area is beautiful and the nearby grocery had everything we needed. There is an Irish pub and some nearby restaurants. The strip is about 30 minutes away and very affordable Uber drive if you need to go. The casino onsite is closed but would be nice if they could get it open again. Room was spacious, quiet and very safe. We will be back.

Cool Vibe FAR from Strip

The condo was clean and located in a nice private residence building. The vibe of the resort itself was very cool. We enjoyed walking around and ate at 2 of the restaurants located on the premises. The location was quite a bit further (in minutes) to the Las Vegas strip than we had anticipated. It took us 35-45 minutes to get to the strip. (You do not receive address until just before you arrive, too late to make another decision) I found the check-in process to be VERY clunky with multiple texts that I had to string together to figure out exactly how to get in etc. I also received 2 of the wrong Wifi password instructions before receiving the correct password. (this seems to be due to the host being part of an LLC and these emails/texts coming from multiple locations) I emailed a question after booking which went unanswered for weeks until I sent a follow-up. Ironically, that message was regarding parking. I had asked about parking on the premises. After checking in we discovered that the only parking was located across an abandoned casino, this felt very unsafe for 2 females walking alone at night to park the car. There are only about 10 parking spots near the building. Overall, I gave this property 4 stars for all of the reasons above. It was a nice place, clean, cool vibe at the resort, and a nice pool area. The only 1 star that I could not "award" was due to the communication, the instructions, and the parking situation which was not disclosed prior to our stay.
