Great Lake Las Vegas Studio Condo

Lake Las Vegas Vacation wegkomen. Twintig minuten van de Las Vegas Strip. Geniet van het meer Toegang tot kajakken, paddleboarden, varen. Season's supermarkt ligt op 5 minuten lopen van dit prachtige appartement. Restaurants, wijnbar en ijs voor uw smaakpapillen. Lake Las Vegas is een Master Planned Resort-gemeenschap op enkele minuten van de Las Vegas-strip met een meer van 320 hectare met meer dan 20 mijl aan kustlijn. Twee golfbanen; een privécursus Jack Nicklaus op South Shore is voor leden en de 18 holes golfbaan Reflection Bay, indien deze zich op North Shore bevindt en is ook een door Jack Nicklaus ontworpen baan.

Naast het winkelcentrum in Lake Las Vegas, ligt het District in het nabijgelegen Green Valley op 10 minuten rijden van het meer, evenals het winkelcentrum The Galleria Mall. Natuurlijk is er gamen beschikbaar in de Fiesta, Sunset Station en Green Valley Ranch Casino. Alle drie de casino's zijn binnen 14 minuten van het meer. Bioscopen met luxe verstelbare stoelen zijn beschikbaar bij Sunset Station.

Voor de natuurliefhebber en wandelen, vindt u verschillende Rails to Trails wandelingen in de buurt. Een spectaculair uitzicht op Lake Mead op de Historic Railroad Hiking Trail voert je door verschillende tunnels langs Lake Mead tot aan Hoover Dam. De spectaculaire rode rotsen liggen op 35 minuten afstand en bieden meer dan 21 wandelpaden in het Red Rock Canyon National Conservatory. Watervallen, unieke planten en woestijnbeestjes bieden interessante en mooie locaties langs de paden.

Voor de skiër en snowboarder is Las Vegas Ski and Snowboard Resort gelegen op Mount Charleston en uur van Lake Las Vegas.

Perfect location

Great condo! Clean, comfortable, and most things you may need for an extended stay. It’s more like a home away from home. Quiet, private, with the perfect balcony to watch the sunrise. We came for a concert in Vegas, but spent the bulk of our trip adventuring the nearby national and state parks. It’s the perfect location for that, very close to Lake Meade and Valley of Fire but close enough to the strip. But grocery and restaurants close.

We loved the location and how quiet and beautiful it was away from the noise and commotion of Las Vegas …but at the same time it was just a quick commute to all the things Las Vegas has to offer. Room was clean. Bed was so comfortable and check in was super easy. Host was great with getting us the information we needed.

After visiting Lake Las Vegas in Henderson, you will never want to stay anywhere else when making your trip to Las Vegas. The on site accomodations were clean quiet, cozy and comfortable with beautiful views of the Lake.

Wonderful Stay at Lake Las Vegas

My wife at I recently stayed at Lake Las Vegas. We had never stayed there before. The room was beautiful, clean and well-appointed. The room is on the top floor of the building, overlooking the lake and also overlooking a treacherous par-3 hole on the associated golf course, with sand traps and a major water hazard (i.e., the lake). We watched a number of golfers lose balls into the lake.One of the nicest aspects of this property is that, within walking distance, there is an outdoor mall/village with four or five restaurants. We were pleasantly surprised how good the restaurants were. There is an Italian restaurant, a Mexican restaurant, a Mediterranean restaurant, and a pub restaurant (and maybe others). We didn't eat at the Mexican restaurant during our stay, but we ate at the others, and had excellent meals (the pub was average compared to the others, but still good). It was nice not to have to drive to eat dinner, and to have such good meals.

Badly in need of upgrading

Sink does not drain, missing light bulbs, broken patio lock, filthy carpet, mismatched and deficient in quantity flatware and dishes, misrepresentation of washer/dryer, furniture in advertisement missing, broken lamp shade, TV cabinet an accident waiting to happen., bed collapsed. The building was, I believe a hotel, built in 2006 and from appearance this unit is as it was in 2006, very tired. Would have left but were tied up outfitting new residence. Texted propery manager, no response.

We loved this property. The location was great, an easy walk to several wonderful restaurants and a grocery store. The kitchenette was functional. Several hikes and golf courses within minutes of the condo. The building was quiet and clean. Parking in early March was not a problem. Communication with the management was great.

Excellent winter getaway.

We escaped the frigate midwest for a week of relaxation in the desert. (February temps in WI were in the single digits, Nevada temps were in the upper 60’s and sunny.) Very comfortable condo that was not too far from the Las Vegas excitement, in a very quiet setting. Perfect!
