● $275 fee for up to 2 pets
● $50 per additional approved pet

Constant Supervision: Pets must be fully leashed and under your direct physical control at all times when outside the home.

Boundary Limits: This policy applies to all common areas, walkways, and every inch of the property grounds.

⚠️ Absolute Liability
Total Responsibility: You assume 100% financial and legal responsibility for your pet’s behavior.

Damage & Injury: If your pet bites, injures any person, or causes damage to the property or personal belongings, you are solely liable for all resulting costs and claims.

⚖️ Legal Indemnification
Hold Harmless: By bringing a pet onto the premises, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the property owners and managers.

Costs: You are responsible for all liability, claims, legal expenses, and attorney’s fees arising from your pet's actions.

Notice: Failure to comply with leash requirements or any lapse in pet control may result in immediate eviction without refund.

Please note that all pet fees and additional charges be processed through secure third‑party platforms such as Zelle, Venmo, or Stripe, as we are unable to accept cash payments. For booking extensions, please note that payment must be completed at least two days prior to your scheduled checkout. We appreciate your cooperation and planning in advance.

Please note that any approved refund would be issued less non-refundable credit card/payment processing fees, including fees associated with both the original transaction and the refund processing, as these amounts are not refunded to us by the payment processor.

Please note that our community HOA requires all guests to pay a $500 refundable security deposit, a $50 admin fee, and a $35 fee per car for registration and decals if you plan to bring a vehicle. Additionally, a rental agreement must be signed prior to arrival for registration and access to the community.
This is required and should be settled one week before check-in or if same day booking asap! in additon if your registering a rented car it could be subject to a 100.00 deposit.
