The location is perfect, right in the middle of the strip. We had the upgrade to the Jubilee tower, with a great view of the Eiffel tower replica, the Bellagio fountains and the strip all the way to Mandalay Bay. The rooms were a bit older, judging by the furniture, but it was good, with a fridge and nice bathroom. The one thing we didn’t like was that there was a lot of dust on the lamps and the tops of the headboards of the beds. Also in the hallways you could see that there was a lot of dust on the floor. Especially where people didn’t walk (like the edges near the walls). We did like the pool and the opportunity to use the pool at Paris. It’s rediculous that we pay resort fee, yet for our stay with four persons in a room, there were only 2 devices that could use wifi and we had to pay for self-parking.

3th time and it's not gettng better. Rooms really need some updates and a paintjob. It all feels old en it is getting shabby. Casino was very nice and location is superbe. Housekeeping was very bad, not clean, no refill for cups, bad vacuumcleaning, also sloppy.

Locatie is perfect met bijna midden op de Las Vegas strip. In- en uitchecken gaat digitaal dus totaal geen contact met personeel. Voor mij allemaal wel heel onpersoonlijk. Casino gedeelde was gedeeltelijk in onderhoud dus kwam allemaal wat rommelig over. Kamers zijn heel ruim en schoon. Bedden zijn heel goed! Sommige meubels zijn beschadigd, ouderwets en aan vervanging toe. Wat betreft locatie, prijs en netheid wel degelijk een aanrader voor je Las Vegas bezoek.

2,5 h beim Check in gewartet. Dusche total dreckig mit toten Fliegen, die mit dem Putzen nicht entfernt wurden, sondern einfach an einer anderen Stelle auftauchten. Zimmer war vom Fahrstuhl schnell zu erreichen. 50 Dollar Resort Fee und 20 Dollar Parkgebühren einfach unverschämt.

Horseshoe is definitely one of the better Caesars properties when compared ti Linq, Harrahs, and Flamingo. The room was sizable with a decent shower, though it is still due for another remodel as there are many scuffs and wears & tears on all the furniture. I will say the bed was actually quite exceptional. The elevators on the other hand were terrible and on one day it completely stopped working. This place would not be my first choice to stay a, but for impacted weekends, it is not a bad choice for a comfortable room. View is also very underrated if you are facing the highroller and sphere.

The hotel is huge and it took us two days to get our bearings. The parking garage is in the neighboring hotel and was therefore not easy to find. The room was spacious and clean.

We picked this hotel because it was center. We have stayed there once before. Getting our room cleaned took 3 days, even after requesting twice. Wasnt impressed.

Room was nice. I didn’t have a good view but other rooms probably do. There was a long line waiting to check in but you can avoid the wait by using the auto check in machines. They charged about $50 “resort fee”. I don’t know what this is for but I think most hotels do the same. My advice is to not stay in Las Vegas on the weekends since the prices for hotels are much higher. During the week you can get the same hotels for under $100.

There was a roach crawling in our bed this morning 5-19, the smoke smell inside the hotel is horrible, especially for someone with allergies.
