Prachtige nieuwe woning gelegen op slechts een mijl van de Strip in de beroemde wijk van McNeil Estates. Dit is een gelicenseerde vakantiewoning (G64-08272) met de stad Las Vegas.

Het huis is dicht bij alles, maar nog steeds afgelegen genoeg dat je je volledig privé voelt. Enorme achtertuin met een grote tuin, fruitbomen, overdekte zithoek, en een zwembad en een bubbelbad. Open en lichte vloer plan omvat een eethoek, een keuken bar zitplaatsen, een grote woonkamer en eetkamer, en vier slaapkamers. Er zijn drie volledige badkamers die elk een bad en douche hebben.

Er zijn drie tv's in het huis, allemaal met premium sport-pakketten. Er is oprit parkeren comfortabel voor drie kleine auto's of twee grote auto's.

Absoluut mooi, ruim, licht en open. Het perfecte vermakelijke huis!
Het huis is gelicenseerd en gereguleerd door de stad Las Vegas. U zou er nooit aan denken een kamer te boeken in een niet-gelicenseerd / illegaal hotel, dus zorg ervoor dat uw vakantiehuur ook een vergunning heeft.

Some disappointment

A major decision point for this house was the heated hot tub. On the day before travel to the location we were notified that an issue with the hot tub existed and would be resolved shortly. This later became something they needed a part for . No further contact with owner has been received. My messages have not been returned. I have stayed at maybe 10 homes, this has been my most frustrating experience. Totally understand that things happen, it’s what you do after that can define the situation.

Beautiful house in great neighborhood

This was an amazing property in an adorable neighborhood. It is amazing how peaceful and quiet this home is when it is a 10 minute Uber ride to the heart of the action in Freemont or the Strip. Terry is a phenomenal host who was attentive and responsive. The house is nicely appointed with a great layout for friends, couples, or families. If you like a clean and quiet place to stay as a respite from the craziness that is Las Vegas, this is the place for you.

Well run company

Everything to do with our stay was good.They even ordered a folding chair for us when we needed another seat at the dining room table. There were many towels and everything was working properly. It would be nice to have a dresser in the master and a side table in one of the bedrooms that had two large beds. Since it was winter, we did not use the backyard/pool.

Great option for bigger parties!

We had six adults staying for a concert and we all got our own beds. The property was close to the venue and airport making it very convenient and centrally located. The host was very responsive to messages and the check in/out process was easy. Would stay again!

Perfect House for a Bachelorette Getaway!

I rented this property with 5 of my girlfriends to celebrate my bachelorette party. I was looking for a house with a pool and hot tub in a neighborhood that was not only safe and quiet, but close to the places we wanted to go. This area is equidistant from the Strip and Downtown Las Vegas. This property went above and beyond what I was looking for and we were all happy with the stay. I especially loved that each person had at least a double bed to themselves with plenty of space to spread out and mingle. The appliances and amenities were all great. The outdoors peace is also lovely. We had enough space to have a yoga instructor come to the house and give a private class to 8 of us outside. Would love to stay here again! Terry was also very easy to get a hold of and check-in/check-out was super easy. Highly recommend!

Great neighborhood, nice house. Hot tub took 3+hours to warm up and had to have a schedule with host to use, as permission or to turn it on required their remote access. Other than that very nice. Host responded promptly to these questions.

The house was great!! Plenty of room and very clean. Sometimes its just better to stay off the strip and hotels and this house is in a fantastic location close to it all. Family Reunion

My cousin lives in a large home in The Cliffs. She had wanted to have a family reunion and the Pandemic hit. Finally, we all got together. Comfy Oasis

My friends & I stayed here for two nights and it was perfect! Lots of space, everything was clean & the home was beautifully decorated. We loved the pool and each room had the most comfortable beds! Wonderful home!
