This unique estate features multiple private units and a standalone casita, providing the perfect balance of group togetherness and individual privacy.
Unit 1: 2 Queen Bedrooms + Living Room with a cozy sofa (can also accommodate a Queen air mattress).
Unit 2 (2nd Floor): 1 King Bedroom + 1 Twin floor mattress located in a peaceful meditation room.
Unit 3: 1 King Bedroom + Living Area with sofa.
Unit 4 (Studio): 1 Queen Bed + 1 Sofa Bed.
Unit 5 (Studio): 1 Queen Bed + 1 Sofa Bed.
Unit 6 (2nd Floor): 1 Queen Bedroom + 1 Futon in the living room.
Unit 7 (Casita): features the Main Kitchen, 2 Queen Bedrooms, and a comfortable living room sofa.
📝 House Rules & Stay Guidelines
We want you to have an unforgettable stay! To keep our estate beautiful and functioning perfectly for everyone, please observe the following strictly enforced rules:
Pets: We love animals, but please keep all pets strictly away from the pool area and off the beds. All pets must be reported prior to arrival.
Air Conditioning: To protect our system from freezing or breaking, do not leave windows or doors open while the AC is running. Any damage to the AC units will be billed to the guest (receipt provided).
Plumbing: Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilets. Plumbing fees for clearing clogs will be billed to the guest (receipt provided).
No Parties: This property is located in a quiet residential area. Absolutely no house parties are permitted. All outside visitors must be reported to the host. Unapproved parties will result in the immediate forfeiture of the security deposit.
Cleaning: Please respect the home. Excessively dirty conditions requiring deep cleaning will result in an additional fee billed to the guest (receipt provided).
⏱️ Easy Check-Out Procedures
Late Check-Out: Must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Late check-out within the first hour is subject to a $200 fee; beyond 3 hours, it will be billed as an additional night's rent.
Furniture: If you moved any furniture during your stay, please return it to its original position.
Energy & Security: Please turn off all AC/heating units and ensure all windows and doors are securely closed and locked.
☕ Morning Coffee Made Simple
Enjoying your morning brew is easy! The estate is equipped with a Keurig K-Mini coffee maker.
How to use: Fill the water reservoir with your bottled water (between 6 to 12 oz max per cup), pop in your favorite K-Cup pod, close the lid, and press the brew button. Your coffee will be ready in about 2 minutes!
