Kamer was heel groot, netjes en kennelijk geheel gerenoveerd. Nooit eerder meegemaakt dat een renovatie zo nauwkeurig werd uitgevoerd. Inchecken ging wel wat traag.

Hotel room mad two sinks and a shower. All three of which did not drain. By the time I checked out the sinks were nearly full of water, only the shower was fixed after I waited nearly an hour in line to inform staff shortly after check in. Unsure how that gets missed during cleaning, let alone to that extent. Furniture was all aged, chipped, and damaged. Did have a fridge though, so, that’s neat

Ipanema tower was clean and nicely furnished at the reasonable price. I have been Trump tower, Wynn and Venetian. This place at Rio (Ipanema) was comparable to those. Only problem though the hot water was not available while at the shower.

Parking & check-in went smooth, but we were there during EDC, we stayed in the masquerade tower, sometimes there was a long line for the elevator. Got to our room and realized the door needed an extra hard push to close all the way. Showers are like motel 6 showers. The floors & couch were dirty. Waking up with allergies every morning was not great due to the dirty air filter. The beds were not too bad but you can tell it is time for the beds to be replaced. Other than that it was an okay stay.

Rooms were a bit run down: chipped paint on bathroom door and furniture, broken shelf, poorly patched hole in the wall… The check-in desk employee was not very kind or patient. We were there for a HUGE event and they had broken elevators and inaccessible stairs (linked to alarms if used). It was a safety hazard.

Don’t fall into the trap of self check-in. I was assigned to the old tower. Room facilities were crab. Found food leftover and the last customer’s receipt on the carpet. Faucet worn off; shower head full of mold and rust I discovered my friend paying the same rate but assigned to the new tower. Front desk asked me to pay $40 per night to upgrade. The new tower looked better, however, the toilet bowl was moving. I ran the water in the shower for 30 mins to finally have hot water for shower I sent email to the customer service since the check in date. But no response until the 4th date checkout. Look for another hotel as my review

This was a nice, big room. Clean and quiet. I would recommend. Otherwise 2 complaints: -they have not refunded my $50 deposit yet (10 days so far) -the parking garages are a bit far from rooms; especially as casinos are designed to make it hard to find an exit or a path.

It is typical for an incidental hold to take 7-10 business days to be released. I apologize but what was failed to mention is that foreign banks can take up to 30 days for the credit availability to show in your account.

This property is not on the strip. After paying for the room to reserve it there were $40 a day resort fees as well as $160 extra in charges for a 3 day stay. Very misrepresented

Unfortunately, when you book with a 3rd party they give you a price for room, tax and resort fees. you pay them the price of the room and tax. when you check in you pay the balance which is the resort fees. We apologize about any frustration or confusion it caused during your stay.

Would not recommend to stay had to change rooms , do to un clean sheets & covers. Hair and blood was found inside bed sheets they upgraded room. The room service was terrible food uncooked and super cold. We had two double rooms and the rooms we switched to still wasn't clean one of them.

Was given a room in the masquerade tower. Room smelled like musty cigarettes. Their solution was some sort of machine to treat the smell. All it did was make the room smell like cleaning solution and the next morning it was back to smelling like musty cigarettes. Will not come back.

The Rio hotel was everything I ever imagined it to be! This was my first time ever coming to Vegas and staying at the Rio hotel made my experience very enjoyable! The staff were welcoming and friendly and I had no worries about the safety of myself and my husband and our things.

Going from parking to the registration then to our room was a lot of walking also confusing. I had my 97 year old mom with me and it was tiring. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable; however getting in and out of bathtub was scary as the bath tub was slippery and there were no grabbers. This was a room that had not been remodeled. The hair dryer was terrible, it hurt my hand holding it, so vibrating and noisy, something must have been wrong.

Rio is obviously remodeling which is great, however it was a little tedious not having the handicap buttons to automatically open for my mom in the front entrance. The walking distance from the tower to the restaurants was okay. It would be cool to have more live shows in front of the tower elevator area and more shops. Rio is coming back together, need to have a better marketing strategy. overall, had a GREAT time at Rio and other places!!!

Great and vibrant swimming pool area, spacious, modern-stylish and clean room. There are choices on fancy dining or good and affordable dining option. A little bit feedback on the check in area that need to be improved, only few staff causing a very long queue. Overall, great stay here.
