Welcome to the Tropicana Desert Villa, where you can experience the comfort of approximately 2,800 sqft of indoor living space and 1/3 acre of outdoor living space. With an additional 440 sqft garage, you'll have plenty of room to relax and enjoy your stay. Our primary goal is to make you feel right at home from the moment you step inside.

Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a spacious living room, featuring two comfortable sofas and a 65-inch TV. The dining area provides a table that can seat eight guests, perfect for enjoying meals together. In the game room, you'll find two pub tables that seat four people each, two additional sofas, a poker table for up to eight players, a pool table, and a refrigerator.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with dinnerware for twelve people, as well as all the necessary cooking and bakeware. Feel free to prepare a nice dinner during your stay, utilizing the kitchen's amenities.

The Tropicana Desert Villa offers a total of five bedrooms and three bathrooms. Each bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV, ensuring entertainment options for all guests. Additionally, there are six king-size beds, three refrigerators, and three ovens available. The mattresses are of high quality and provide a medium-firm comfort level, ensuring a restful sleep.

For your enjoyment, we provide a pool table and a poker table in the game room, along with a Smart TV for entertainment purposes.

Outdoors, you'll find a fire pit, four sun beds, six lounge chairs, a built-in BBQ, a refreshing pool, a relaxing jacuzzi, and many other amenities to enhance your stay. Additionally, there is an outdoor ping pong table for some friendly competition.

*A credit card fee of 4% is non refundable in the event of a cancelled reservation with no exceptions .

*Extra guest fees are $50.00 per person per night.

*Security cameras are on the exterior perimeter of the house only and are monitored by a contracted third party security company for safety.

Noise Monitoring is in living room and can only detect decibels.

HOUSE RULES:

1. VEHICLES: 1. No more than 6 vehicles are permitted on the property; 1 car should be parked in the garage if possible. The Association requires that cars parked on the driveway only and not be parked in front of the property and not in front of neighbors’ homes.

2. POOL HEATING: If you would like pool heating please text number on file. The fee is $125.00 to $200.00 per day times the number of nights for your reservation. The spa heating is free. The heating is $200 per day if the weather is 60 degrees or below. This is a very large deep pool.

3. ADDITIONAL GUESTS: Any additional guests that were not noted at the time of reserving the home will be charged to you at $50.00 per day/per person, failure to disclose all guests is a violation and will result in a fine of $100.00 per person/per day fee.

4. UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS: Any unauthorized guests, friends, strangers that arrive at the property without prior approval will cause immediate termination, eviction and cancellation of the reservation without refund. Do not bring any adult entertainer workers to the house. Many instances these people will pose as workers and rob guests. Do not solicit these workers.

5. QUIET HOURS: This property is situated in a residential, family community governed by a Neighborhood Association. Making noise, such as music or loud voices, between 10 PM and 9AM on Friday-Sunday is prohibited and a public nuisance. Noise after 10 PM to 9AM Monday-Friday is strictly regulated by the City of North Las Vegas. No more than 65 decibels allowed.

6. NOISE MONITORING OUTSIDE: Sounds of more than 85 decibels is not permitted outside at anytime during normal hours. No outdoor speakers. No bands. No musical equipment. No DJ's. No Parties. No excess noise outside is permitted. Failure to adhere to these rules will be subject to termination of the reservation, eviction, and no refund will be issued. Please be considerate to all neighbors.

7. MAINTENANCE- We reserve the right to have the house maintained during your stay to avoid leaves going in the pool and the pool turning green from lack of maintenance.

a. LANDSCAPERS – will be trimming bushes and blowing away leaves so that it keeps the backyard and front yard clean. Their scheduled days are Tuesday or Saturday every week.

b. POOL MAINTENANCE – will be cleaning the pool on Mondays and Thursdays. This is to protect guests and make sure the pool is clean and has enough chemicals in the pool.

c. TRASH: Trash pick-up days are Saturday's, Friday night an employee will move the trash bins out for pick up and Friday they will move the bins back on the property..

6. SUPPLIES: This property has a starter amount of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and propane to get you going. It is the guest’s responsibility to buy supplies that they need after the supplies provided if they run out.q
