The Villa, recently renovated, is located within a larger property with two other Villas with which it shares the outdoor spaces, the two swimming pools (adults and children) and the parking lot; a few minutes from the center of Cefalù, near the Gorgo Lungo beach.
It is surrounded by large green spaces allowing its guests a pleasant, silent and relaxing atmosphere.
The rooms are large, bright and equipped with all comforts: independent air conditioning, LCD television.
On the ground floor of this Villa there is a large independent living-dining-kitchen room, a storage room, a toilet, and a sofa bed; on the first floor another toilet, a bedroom with three beds (double bed with single bed or three single beds) and another bedroom (double bed or two single beds). The kitchen is equipped with fridge, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender, kettle, citrus juicer, toaster. Outside, comfortable sofas.
From the end of 2023 the structure is equipped with a private Spa, with sauna, Turkish bath, emotional shower, heated Jacuzzi hydromassage tub, relaxation area: included in the daily cost of the accommodation unit are two accesses to the Spa of one hour each, also exclusively and with dedicated staff; it is possible to book relaxation massages with external staff.
The common areas that can be used are the two swimming pools (one for adults and one for children with a depth of 0.70 meters and which can be heated, and is equipped with a hydromassage for adults), the playground for children and the car park ; bikes for adults and children are also available on request.
Before booking, always ask the owner for availability because the calendar updates only after a few hours; the closest sandy beach is 350 meters away; supermarket 400 meters, train station 300 meters.

In November 2025, the local authority approved the payment upon arrival of a Tourist Tax of €1 per night, for up to 10 consecutive days, for stays from March 1st to October 31st of each year, with exemption for guests up to 12 years of age.
