'I had a great stay at this hotel. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of good options. The staff were awesome—very friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The cleaning team did a fantastic job, and the hotel was very clean throughout my stay. Every staff member provided great customer service, which made the experience even better. The only minor issues were that the room did not have a microwave and there were not many drawers for storage, which seems more like a design issue....

'The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good with many options. Convenient location. Clean rooms, comfy beds, but dated furniture. The only issue was that the deluxe double room states that it has one bedroom but it is actually a studio room, 2 queen beds, a pull out sofa, and kitchen all in one open space. Would stay again, but room description should be updated.'

'There were 3 birthday party’s occupying the pool so we weren’t able to use the pool. The bathroom didn’t have a fan. The staff was nice. '

'The Good: Friendly and helpful staff, overal a clean place, good breakfast. The Bad: Not enough staff on the weekend, Tub was broken and couldnt get fixed (tough with little kids), Pool was out of control with kids running all over and their parents not paying attention. We were approached several times by guys tweaked out on something, which made my family very uncomfortable. Overall- Maybe it was an unusual clientele given Spring Break, but what initially looked to be a very promising...

'Reserved a king accessible & at check in they didn’t have any more of those rooms, with no explanation…the man claimed to not know why, so we got a double queen. The bath room was awful, the microwave was broken and one of the queen beds made a very loud noise whenever the sleeper moved. i thought it was going to collapse. Over all, the bathroom was the worst!!'

'Just like holiday inn express. Just trade the breakfast, and pool for a recliner, desk, and complete kitchen in the room. great for contractors, or families that actually cook food.'
