'We stayed for a week at this lovely villa and thoroughly enjoyed it. With 12 people (3 families of 4), we very comfortably each had our own space plus many spots inside and out to spend time together. Alessandro was a gracious and responsive host. His parents were equally welcoming and we made the smart choice to have his mother cook a delicious dinner for us which presented the quintessential al fresco experience. So glad we stayed here!'

'Super verblijft gehad . Prachtige locatie en erg blij met de airco. Vriendelijk ontvangst en mooie uitvalbasis voor Siena Arezzo Pienza Montepulciano etc. . Dorpje dichtbij ( 10-15 minuten lopen ) met een goede bakker en een paar goede koffie tentjes restaurants en een goede gelateria. Het zwembad is perfect en wordt goed onderhouden . Op het ruime terrein heeft veel speel mogelijkheden . Top tijd gehad . Ook wandelmogelijkheden in de buurt.'

'Großes Haus, gut ausgestattete Küche für große Gruppen, ruhige Lage mit Fernblick. Es sind 800 steile Meter Schotter bis zur Hauptstraße, wir mussten unsere Rennräder dorthin hochschieben. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Ort. Der Poolbereich ist sehr schön, das Haus hat Charme und etwas Patina, wie bei älteren Landhäusern üblich. Kommunikation mit Vermieter sehr gut.'

'Beautiful property with lots of space for a family of 4 adults. Well equipped and the welcome provisions were a delight. The estate and surrounding area couldn’t be more tranquil. We left fully rested and relaxed. '

'We hebben een prima vakantie gehad. Bij aankomst had het huis een prima sfeer. De problemen die ontstonden tijdens het verblijf werden direct opgelost door de verhuurder. Zo was er stormschade ontstaan, dit werd direct hersteld. Ook was er op een dag geen warm water meer uit de kraan. Ook direct opgelost. De inboedel heeft een authentieke sfeer. Soms is het behelpen met apperatuur wat defect blijkt zijn maar er is voldoende aanwezig. Bijvoorbeeld: koffieapperatuur wat niet goed werkte. Op de...

'Dieses Domizil ist nur zu empfehlen, sehr nette Vermieter, eine klasse Unterkunft sehr ruhig gelegen ohne Verkehrslärm oder störende Nachbarn. guter Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge z.B. nach Florenz oder die kleineren Städte. Wir konnten uns im Garten reichlich bedienen.. frische Tomaten, Gurken Zucchini, Zwiebeln, Bohnen, Weintrauben und Basilikum.. selbst Eier von den eigenen Hühnern wurden uns gebracht.. eine Flasche selbst erzeugtes Olivenöl war auch bei Ankunft in der Küche... 'Een heerlijk vakantiehuis ! Prachtige tuin en groot zwembad . Mooie privékamers allen met airco. Eigenaar Luca is heel attent en reageert direct en snel. Alles is heel goed onderhouden. "Wij hebben hier 1 nacht geslapen om te kunnen dineren bij het landgoed van Sting en te genieten van de omgeving. Heerlijke ruime kamer, die schoon was met een lekker bed. De kinderen hebben genoten van het zwembad. Wij komen zeker nog een keer terug!"

"The staff was friendly and everything was clean, but the accommodation didn’t feel fresh to me. The interior looked dated and at times a bit kitschy. Our bathroom had no ventilation, and the sealant showed black stains, which gave an unhygienic impression. The use of fabric furniture and carpets made the place feel less fresh and luxurious. The welcome was underwhelming: you have to carry your luggage up a steep gravel path yourself, with no assistance from staff, which didn’t feel very hospitable. I also missed a personal touch; the hotel is quite large, which leaves little room for genuine contact or a warm atmosphere. On a positive note, the location is truly beautiful and peaceful. The food was also good. This place has great potential, but in my opinion, it’s in real need of renovation. With a thorough update, it could truly become a top-tier stay. "
