Then said he could not accept the reservation confirmation on my phone and that the Expedia confirmation number meant nothing to him. 'I thought I was booking (at the last minute) a hotel I'd stayed at before, but got the name wrong. :o( BUT, even though it was last minute and we had little time to read reviews, etc., we found it awesome. Room and bathroom were clean, beds were comfortable and breakfast was fresh. Didn't use the pool due to a short stay (one night), but it looked clean. I'd stay here again!'
