Prachtig herenhuis in bouwstijl

Dit in 2015 gebouwde herenhuis met 3 slaapkamers is ontworpen om de bestaande familie wijngaard, olijfgaard en uitgebreide tuin en landelijk landschap met uitzicht op de westelijke horizon aan te vullen en over het hoofd te zien.
Maak een wandeling van 3 minuten naar het dorpscentrum om The Village Inn, een fleswinkel, een supermarkt, een postkantoor, een café, een bakker en een kapper te vinden.
Central Launceston is een stressloze 10 minuten rijden en Launceston Airport een aangename rit op slechts 15 minuten afstand.
Een praktische thuisbasis voor mountainbike-mekka in Derby, wijnroutes, alle belangrijke bezienswaardigheden rond Launceston en Tamar Valley.
Een wandeling van 10 minuten brengt u naar de pittoreske Picnic Ground op de North Esk River met barbecue en zwemmen.

We are a well-travelled couple & were amazed by the cleanliness of the Townhouse. It's well appointed, comfortable & elevated so, the decking affords a wonderful view over the district - & Rikki & Chris's vineyard, orchard, vegie garden, olive grove - & whatever else the lovely industrious couple have underway. We stayed three nights but would have happily extended our relaxing visit if time had permitted.We opted for the upstairs bedroom for convenience even though the en-suite is a little shy of shelving, but there is plenty of space to put toiletries etc in the large bedroom.Definitely would return if the opportunity arises.

Our stay at Litoria Garden Guest House was the highlight of our trip to Tasmania. The property is truly stunning and luxurious, spacious and so comfortable! We especially loved the location and quietness of the neighbourhood as well. Rikki and Chris are the most wonderful caring owners, so welcoming, warm and friendly, and very generous. Lovely spacious modern unit with wonderful ambiance. Rikki is an amazing host and it was wonderful to have vegetables and fruit from the garden and drink their lovely wine. This was our fourth stay and we will continue to stay when we come to Launceston area if possible.

A great place

Super nice people to deal with, and a perfect place for us to use as a base for looking around the Norther Tasmanian area. Amazing gardens with fresh tomatoes, passion fruit, carrots & capsicum. A tasty jar of home made tomato relish was dropped off to us, which we finished off in Hobart. A nice quiet area, awesome bakery & general store, the pub was good too. Thanks for hosting us Kiwi's that hadn't been to Tassie since we were kids in the 1970's.

New home a few kms north of Launceston with great views.

Beautiful home, spotlessly clean, with all the modern facilities. Two bedrooms with spa in main bathroom downstairs and main bedroom with ensuite upstairs. The ensuite basin was small with no bench space which was a bit inconvenient. Overall still five stars.

Rikki and Chris's house exceeded all our expectations. It was immaculate with a high standard of fixtures and fittings. We were only there two nights but wished it had been longer.
