The Space:

The modern, spacious kitchen is fully equipped, inviting you to prepare your favorite meals or enjoy a cozy night in. The open-plan living area features a wood heater and reverse cycle air conditioning, ensuring year-round comfort. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-sized bed, while two additional queen-sized rooms provide ample space for relaxation. Enjoy the convenience of a washing machine and dryer, a full-size bath, and a walk-in shower, making this ideal for short or long-term stays. Step outside to your private outdoor space or the front balcony with river views and the sparkling city lights of Launceston at night.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire holiday home, including three bedrooms, a full bathroom, a living room, a kitchen, and a patio or balcony. Please note that access to the front of the property, including the stairs and garden, is not available. Parking is available at the rear of the property, with access to the house via a set of steps from the carpark.

Getting Around:

Getting around Forest Rd Haven is easy. Free parking is available at the rear of the property, providing convenient access to the house. The closest public transport options are a short walk away, offering access to the Launceston city center and surrounding areas. For those flying in, Launceston Airport (LST) is approximately a 20-minute drive. You can also easily explore the region by car, with major attractions like Cataract Gorge and the Tamar Valley within a comfortable distance.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Parking is available at the rear of the property. Please access the house via the steps from the carpark. The front garden and stairs are not accessible. We kindly ask guests to respect the property and neighbors during their stay. Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the property is left in an unreasonable condition.
