'I was not expecting the place was so beautiful. Salute to the unit owner. He really knows how to accommodate the guests. Certainly I will book this unit each time we will be in Tagaytay.'

'⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful Stay at Avana Hills Tagaytay!
We were a group of 10 and had a wonderful stay! The place is clean, new, spacious, and very comfortable. All 4 bedrooms have their own private bathrooms and air conditioning, which was perfect for our group. The common hallway isn’t air-conditioned, but it was completely fine. The family room has a fan, and the balcony has a beautiful view.
We loved having access to the kitchen with provided utensils, which allowed my sister to cook homemade...

'All kitchen utensils for guest to use were all filthy. All floor rugs seems used by the previous guest and looks disgusting. Both bathrooms smells so bad. The picture of the pool that presented is misleading, that’s only for hotel guests and inaccessible for apartment guests. This is the worse by far of all my reservations and not worth the price.'

'I like the place and it’s almost perfect. I’m willing to book there again except that the place has no WIFI and no TV. There is TV but no access to be watched.'
