Really friendly staff
The hotel is nice, just a street from the tourist information office on a hill with good parking. They are very friendly and good food at night. We had a very nice room. Don't miss out on the coffee shop in the middle of town where you can book basejumping and rafting etc: really good food and drinks.

Dit hotel ligt op een geweldige locatie. Treinstation, bank, bakker, coop, tankstation op ca. 3 minuten loopafstand, terwijl het er toch heel rustig is!

Super charming family run hotel. Building was built in 1906, I believe. Completely up-to-date inside. Our room was so clean I thought it was just renovated. I asked and it was not. Our room looked out at the mountains and train station which was just a short walk down the hill. Staff were all vary nice. I would highly recommend.

Beautiful Outdoor Garden
Not so helpful front desk lady. We missed the restaurant 4 mins before closing and we didn't get to eat dinner, she has no alternative recommendation either. Breakfast was excellent, outdoor garden and a short trail to view the waterfalls is amazing. Low down is the shower room, small square with no enclosure, just hanging curtain to close.

The hotel location was great, very near to the train station. A co-op supermarket was nearby. The hotel room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The hotel restaurant served great food. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay.

We stayed in the annex and our room (61) was amazing. It was surrounded by windows and doors out to a large wrap around balcony which allowed views of the entire valley and waterfall. Sandra was most accommodating for our late arrival and even got us into the restaurant although it had closed 10 minutes prior to our getting there. Very convenient humoring off point for the entire area.

Great spot for an affordable place to crash. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant was open until 9pm and the breakfast was very good (eggs, cereal, bread, fruit, coffee machine, bacon, sausage, local cheese, sliced meats, yogurt etc.). Only a few minutes walking distance from the train station. Very spacious room and bathroom. Very clean--the only thing is that rugs and furniture are getting worn/out dated.

Le parfait endroit pour séjourner à Lauterbrunnen. Ambiance rustique et chaleureuse, tout en offrant des chambres modernes et propres. Beaucoup d’espace, un balcon donnant sur la magnifique vallée. Nous avons eu la chance d’avoir la chambre 007, avec des éléments visuels du film On her Majesty’s secret service, tourné au Schilthoen, non loin. L’hôtel a un excellent restaurant, un personnel charmant et un stationnement compris, adossé à un champs où l’on trouve quelques chèvres, dont on entend tinter les cloches. Bel endroit, non loin de la gare et la fameuse chute Staubbach, de Wengen et Mürren. Facile de se rendre au JungFraujoch à partir de la gare, à 5 minutes de l’hôtel.

The hotel was beautiful. We had a room facing the valley and it did not disappoint. We had an amazing room that was clean, quiet and modern. Highly recommend staying here while in Lauterbrunnen.

Loved this place! Would definitely stay here again. The only downside was walking up the hill to the hotel with all our luggages after a long day of travel and then going up the stairs to our room. The room itself was amazing and the views each day were breathtaking!

Absolutely lovely
This place is awesome. We had a room on the first floor with a beautiful view from our balcony. The restaurant was excellent with great local food and the breakfast was top of the line. The staff was very friendly and I would definitely stay there again if ever back in the area.

Great hotel in a perfect location. The staff was great, I had to check in after 10pm and no one would be at the reception, but they quickly accommodated my need and arranged all the details for my late arrival without any issues. Breakfast was great and room was very good. I certainly recommend and hopefully will come back one day 😁

El hotel es una maravilla. Está saliendo de la estación del tren, por lo que es magnifico ya que es muy fácil de ubicar. Las habitaciones son amplias y cuentan con todos los servicios. Los baños muy limpios. La recepción fu muy amable y cómoda. 10/10 :D

Look no further than this hotel! This place has it all! It is prime location, right across from the train station, and around the corner from the only grocery store, and has the most majestic balcony views! The view alone is worth it! The staff is so friendly and welcoming and the hotel restaurant had the BEST food out of all the places we dined. Their breakfast, which is included, is no exception: Fresh breads, fruits, assortment of meat and cheeses, in addition to bacon, eggs, pancakes, yogurts and cereals, and the best part of all…a state of the art coffee machine that offers everything from espresso to macchiatos. Delicious! I cannot rave enough about this incredible hotel. Consider this your sign: BOOK IT

Very convenient to all transportation! Great rooms with comfortable beds and surprisingly large bathrooms. But the train station is maybe 500 feet away, gondola is even closer. The breakfast was pretty substantial. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here!

This is a great hotel close to train and cable car but situated high enough you dont see them. Dinner was excellent and the breakfast was nice also. Dont forget to pack travel fans as no where has air-conditioning, we just asked for a sheet instead of using the comforter.

Our experience at the Hotel Silberhorn was absolutely wonderful. The location was perfect and the views are spectacular. The staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was included and was very good with a variety of hot and cold breakfast items. Our room was very clean, and the view from our balcony was breath-taking.
