'This was the worst motel I've ever seen. Staff was unprofessional and argued over a downstairs room versus an upstairs room . I called and requested a downstairs room a week in advance, because I'm handicapped. And was told no problem we have a room. When i arrived I was told no downstairs available. I also think that the bed bugs were a problem. I ditched all night. Never again.'
