There are smart TVs located in the living room, master bedroom and guest bedroom that are logged into YouTubeTV for cable and local network channels. Guests are welcome to log into other streaming services such as Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, AppleTV, HBO Max, etc. with your own subscriptions.

The patio area on the ground (garage) floor of the townhome features outdoor lounge seating and a fire table. The garage features metal lockers for storing all your snow gear and skis and snowboard equipment.
