'Friendly service. The room was spacious & comfy. They had a refrigerator, microwave, & coffee maker in the room which was very convenient. When you walk into the property it is very inviting. I knew right away I would always choose this property when I travel.'

'We always stay at the crown plaza when we fly out of Cleveland. This time there was no soaps or blow dryer. Room was bare of anything that we would normally use. This place does need upgrades. '

'The room was clean and the hotel was quiet, except for the toilet that kept running for 10 seconds every 5 minutes (good luck if you get put into room 112). People were also vaping in the hotel, as there was a very strong odor of it whenever I used the bathroom and going out into the hallway.

It is located near the heart of the city and so much can be reached by walking down Franklin St. and the adjacent neighborhoods staring at the rich collection of antique homes. Nice common areas, a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of coffee help the quests meet and chat. Check-in is easy. Off street parking that is in a locked and gated lot behind the building is a big plus. We will stay again. '

Lots of homeless, people constantly begging for money, people very out of it and so much pot smoking (I know this is legal here but we as Europeans aren’t used to it) The Roost itself is so nice the rooms are huge and spotless clean. Unfortunately we didn’t have the lovely big windows like the pictures only 2 small windows high up that couldn’t see out of and no windows in the bedroom, kitchen or bathrooms....
