'Beautiful hotel, right in the heart of Old Quebec. We are a family of four with younger children and we were able to walk to all the major sites. Room and bathroom were small but we managed. Beautiful coffee machine in the main lobby which was a great touch. Our booking stated we wouldn’t have room service for our stay but we were surprised to find new coffee pods and towels daily, which was great. Also nice to have parking available at a reasonable cost. '

'On the river was beautiful, the view from room and terrace were spectacular, ( be mindful Of big cruise ships because it will block view) restaurant options were so close,(be mindful of the ambiance you want,, romantics verse country bar with wings)nice shops and souvenir shops were plenty. People were friendly. Easy access to funicular for travel Between uptown and downtown! Although walk down was much easier than walk up if you want to try! Host was awesome, Pierre was perfect! '

'There is no reception, only cleaner lady. But it is easy to contact them via phone number and email from website. Facilities are clean, new and modern. Though walk up the hill to go to downtown, there are some groceries and restaurant nearby. It has an envelop in the room to put tip but no coffee machine.'
