'Ok'

'The water coming out of the bathtub was NOT hot! Probably 80 degrees turned on hot all the way!! 1 ice maker up on 3rd floor! pillows were hard! The only thing we liked was the lady at the front desk was kind! Its obvious who ever owns the hotel is a cheapskate!'

'Rooms are being upgraded so there was some work needed to be done. Overall it was a nice room other than lugging all my things up two flights of stairs because there’s no elevator.'

'The staff was extremely welcoming. The landscape is absolutely beautiful. The Spa is in walking distance and the staff there is amazing. Very pleasant and professional with a variety of treatments available. The outdoor swimming pool is a little small for a resort but there is a cabana and outdoor bar poolside also there is an indoor swimming pool and hot tub on the lower level of the hotel. The cabin is in a beautiful, serene area with a lovely view of a pond. It’s very well maintained and clean. Sherry communicates well and makes sure that you have everything that you need! It was a wonderful experience overall. '
