'We stayed here for the fenced yard for our pups. We did have an escape the first day, the fence doesn’t connect with anything under the stairs and she slipped out. Not a huge deal to us as we’re always with them but something to know if you’re renting for the yard for your pets. The lake is down right now in the off-season but I did see boats docking in the cove so plenty of depth to use boat slip. Enjoyed watching the ducks, squirrels, deer and the boats from the deck. 'Friendly staff and quiet place'

'Host was very welcoming. My only complaints would be that there are a few things that seemed to be missing/lacking in amenities. Low flow showers don't work well for long hair, but I was happy to have shampoo/conditioner and body wash. A few lids for pots and pans would have been nice. I also would suggest a hood vent for the stove, and maybe a fire alarm for safety. Overall great stay and easy access to surroundings.'

'Perfect vacation rental for large group. We were there for our son’s graduations from AIT at Fort Leonardwood. Very close to the base! House was very clean and had all the necessaries you would need! Loved the game room in the basement and the nice deck! '
