'I made a last-minute reservation so I was grateful to find a place to stay. My check in was quick and problem free. The polite attendant offered me an inside room which was close to the front desk. I appreciated this as many of the rooms had outside doors and I was traveling alone. The rooms are not updated, but they were clean and comfortable. '

'This is older motel, but our room is clean. The door sags and needs some maintenance, but not a deal breaker. Gas, convenience stores, and restaurants close by. Overall 8.5 out of 10. Good place to stop when traveling.'

'If i could give 10 stars I would!! The property and amenities alone were so impressive! 'We had an amazing stay here! The house had more than expected as far as extras! We way over packed thinking we would need to bring our own extras! Plenty of dishes and cookware for any cooking that we did. Great place to relax. The hottub was amazing in the evenings! Great communication from host at Check in and Check out. 'We stayed here 3 times so far, and loved it MORE & MORE each time we stayed! Or guest LOVE this home as well, and feel so at home when they are there. 'Felt like going home each time I entered the door with its full-use kitchen, bedrooms and baths. Having the W/D was also a plus, as was the use of the garage in KS weather. Couldn't be happier and will hope this unit is always available when I visit my daughter and son-in-law in Emporia. Wait--the only thing I might suggest would be scent-free trash bags for those of us with sensitive allergies to strong aromas. Thank you for a great place!'
