'Property was beyond clean and over the top stocked. Boat ramp was just down the street and the floating deck and outside deck area are all new and well kept. Car parking was covered. Dishes, pots, pans etc were in new condition and well stocked. If you want to walk in and catch up on rest a relaxation or go chase fish or scallops this is the place. Owner was easy to talk with and a fantastic host. We travel and rent often…10/10 rated.'

You'll be asking where the mattresses came from! No better location! Les than 15 minutes from the springs, Crackers, Tipsy Tarpon, Pete's Pier and Twin Rivers Marine.'

'It was a great stay. I loved that the air was nice and cold. Ice maker worked which was also very nice. Things that could be improved, paint touch ups, kitchen faucet needs to be replaced. Also I love a ceiling fan in the bedrooms. '

'It was very relaxing. Loved sitting out in the porches and listen to the wildlife at night. Great location on the river! I would recommend eating at Swampys restaurant just down the road. Also make time to explore the river via kayak or renting a boat just down the road. '

'We had a wonderful time at Dunnellen Dreams. There was enough space for people to spread out and do different activities. It was close to a couple of places to float the Rainbow River. The kitchen was well stocked with space to stash away our groceries. '
