'Rob an excellent host really enjoyed our stay. The property is very clean could maybe do with a few extras but we found it had everything we needed. En-suite bedroom is lovely but not for tall people lacks head height.'

'Spent a wonderful 3 nights at Alderley house with friends. House very well equipped, plenty of crockery , glasses etc. Very comfortable living room and lovely and warm . Bedrooms amazing, large and all en suite. Spotlessly clean throughout. Location very good , 10 -15 min walk to Bourton high street . Can recommend Birdland ! Hope to stay here again. 'A massive thank you for a wonderful weekend. We have been coming to the lake for 15 years now, returning year after year for the incredible wakeboarding. Our children now have the bug and will no doubt continue to return for many years to come to wakeboard with Sam and the team. Having stayed at this house and many others on the lake, this one is without a doubt our favourite. The extra space and the lovely hot tub really set it apart. Our only comment this time would be how incredibly hot...

'Was happy with the lovely smells and little extras they had , the down side was not very comfortable sofa and chair to sit on and no microwave ,and the shower was only luke warm ,kitchen was small and units for difficult to open '
