'The smell of mildue or mold, cob webs in the corners of each room condiment old or bad fridge was leaking and covered up with a towel, main lock strike plate was missing and only secured with wood trim we did not feel safe as for the door could have been forced open easily, one bedroom was a pull out bed not a bed no face soap only shampoo, walk way and drive way where cracked broken and unever causing a trip hazard, hot water temperature was scolding hot'

'Initially, when we arrived, the property looked unkempt. The “grass” had not been mowed. The front door jam (metal part) was pulling away from the base, which could have been a hazard to a younger child. When we walked in, the house smelled like sewer…BAD! 'Exceptional stay! The Milkhouse was comfortable, spacious, immaculately clean, and had thoughtful touches throughout! Our family loved the extra breakfast supplies left for us in the refrigerator, comfortable beds, magazines, books, games, and of course the pool table!
