'Not one to usually write a negative or even a positive review of places but prime doorstep who manage this property just took the p*ss.
I would strongly advise against booking this apartment.
I booked on September 1st for arrival on the 22nd and noted my check-in time as 4pm. The listing stated I would receive “special check-in instructions” by email. I also followed their directions and emailed my car registration on September 3rd to secure parking, but received no reply. I tried calling...

'Massive lack of staff support, no one answers the “24/7” helpdesk line, had no response by email as i was not provided with any access information or room number.
Arrived at the location with no idea on how to enter, ended up staying in a nearby hotel due to having no access and no response from the host.
Extremely unprofessional and careless form the host James.'
