'The hotel was on very bad shape. On top of that, the rooms were filthy. The first room I got, had a variety of foodrests on the floor, from meats to fruits. Also the curtains were torn. I complained and got a new room, which should be better. It was a little better but still unacceptable filthy. The lady behind the desk was genuinely nice and apologized.
