'Spent 5 days. 2 of the days, there was no hot water. We had a total of 9 rooms occupied by family. One of the days we had no hot water was the morning we were all getting ready to attend a funeral. Had to get ready in cold water. There were 2 large towels, 2 hand towels & 2 wash cloths. Asked for extra towels. Staff said we cannot give extras. Asked for extra blanket, We were given a thin bed covering. The one that goes on top for decoration. They said it was all they had. We had a king room...

'The initial booked room was not cleaned. It had a broken TV, empty alcohol bottles, and towels all over the beds. Then was put in another room that was decent enough, however there was mold all over the ceiling bathroom, holes in the towels, and TV broken. There was constant fights from the other people in the middle of the night so loud that it woke the family up. I normally don't mind because you pay what you get but this was the last straw. The owners was lazy and slow to not only help me,...

'Nice place'

'Breakfast was really good. Staff was very nice. Nice room. AC worked good. My only complaint is that I tried to get my room at my discounted rate through the hotel I work at and was told they had never heard of that even though I had the reservation pulled up with the discounted prices. Additionally I arrived Saturday morning but was still charged Friday night after the front desk said they would wave Friday night’s fee.'

'No elevator and we needed a first floor room because of knee surgeries. Staff kinda grumbled..lol.. but gave us a room on the first floor and we appreciate that. I know the building is not new but, renovations had it looking fresh. All in all the room was fine and the price was right!'

'I love the casino nice size I also loved the fact that it is a family oriented place, my kids was able to go and enjoy there self just as much as us, I loved kid quest and the pool the lazy river was amazing, and the food was good too I just wish there were more vegetarian items,'

'Disaster from start to finish! Checked in around midnight with my dog and a family member's 2 dogs. I told the front desk clerk the 2 were leaving - their owner was meeting me to get them. While unloading my vehicle, the clerk and some man I'd never seen comes beating on my door saying I needed to come to the office. They then accused me of lying about the dogs - keep in mind I had JUST told them. When I turned to get my purse and room key to go to the office, there was a BUG crawling...
