'Don’t stay upstairs because the you will be asked to keep it down. Which we were asked several times to keep the noise level down. One night just opening the sofa bed and the next day in the afternoon. The property is not even updated.'

'The beach is perfectly clean and very close, no seaweed. The ocean is so warm and beautiful. The local bus which they call trolley is free to use. We landed at Sarasota International Airport that is closer than Tampa. It is beautiful to see everything around you. Beautiful Florida. Owners should make clear that guests don’t have to go to a different property to check in. Online registration is annoying. Our room was clean and a new unit. My son picked up an ear infection in the pool.'

'Company owns several properties . Only one employee to answer phones for the whole system Could never reach anybody all day by calling Room wasn’t ready as promised , keys don’t work, had to wait 30 min for worker to bring new keys Not a private beach , as described . No nearby umbrellas or chairs. Desk person seems uncaring . Would not return . Perhaps it’s their “ lower end “ property so nobody cares about customer .'

'Proximity to the beach was excellent- right across the street. The hotel room was clean and fresh feeling. Check in was a little confusing as it’s not on the property and obscurely located but I was able to speak to someone on the phone who walked me through it. It is also close to many restaurants and convenience stores. Overall great location, stay and definitely coming back.'

'Allereerst bij inchecken, 17.15 uur, werd ons vertelt dat wij veel te laat waren( volgens reservering-gegevens inchecken vanaf 16.00 uur). Wij hebben 2 nachten overnacht in Cedar Cove, onze kamer is echter nooit schoongemaakt en verder werd het dak vernieuwd, heel veel lawaai dus en ook overal rommel van het vernieuwen van het dak op de veranda. 'Parking is not convenient'

'Overall the property was neatly kept. Some of the carpets and furnishings were slightly worn, but clean. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice, always hot, and kept full despite a traveling kids soccer team eating their fill.'

'The room was modern and clean. Only negative there was there wasn’t a microwave. The issues were that the check in office is at a different location with no parking. After walking to the office, I learned that parking near your room is also not guaranteed. We did get lucky and found a spot but did not want to drive anywhere and loose our spot.'

'This is the third time I’ve stayed in this hotel. The first time was perfect. The last two times they were issues my second time it was extremely noisy, banging on walls all night and people standing and talking in front of my door. This time I was putting in a room where the air conditioning could not be adjusted. It can only be set to 64°, which was extremely cold. Each day I am told a manager reach out to me, but they never do forgiven false promises of a discounted rate.'
