Deze hotel is gevestigd midden in het uitgaansgebied van Kuta. Echter hadden wij hier niet goed rekening mee gehouden (stomme fout achteraf) waarbij dus het gebeurde dat als wij het hotel uitliepen pal bij de hoofdstraat waar alle bars en etc uitkwamen. De sfeer is levendig maar geniet niet de voorkeur omdat je constant word aangesproken op straat door mensen die je van alles willen verkopen. Dat dit überhaupt kan en mag is absurd. Dit houd echter niet in dat deze hotel slecht was want dat was juist niet het geval. Dat wil ik wel duidelijk maken. Het hotel en ontbijt zijn goed en gevarieerd. Kamer was schoon en ruim genoeg. Verder zijn er 2 zwembaden gevestigd in dit hotel. Een jacuzzi boven op het dag en een zwembad beneden. Als je van het stappen houd en iedere avond los wilt gaan dan zou ik deze hotel aanbevelen. Wil je activiteiten doen dan moet je jezelf de vraag stellen is deze hotel de juiste locatie om vanuit hier naar bepaalde plekken te gaan en dingen te zien.

Goed, snel personeel. Prima ontbijtbuffet, helaas maar 1 klein apparaat voor koffie dat werkte.Hotel en buurt zijn beide erg lawaaierig, er liggen zelfs oordoppen (die niet werken) op de kamers. Zwembad op 1e verdieping heeft niet veel uren zon. Zwembad boven heeft hele dag zon, maar geen parasols. Let op: foto’s bij google maps zijn lang niet altijd van dit hotel! Ondanks al mijn opmerkingen is het hotel de prijs waard ede doordat het nog geen hoogseizoen is)

We stayed at this hotel because it was near the airport which was convenient. The hotel itself was very nice but there were parts of the room that could do with a bit of maintenance. The hotel is next to a party strip which might explain the status of the rooms.

All property staff were friendly and ready to accommodate you at any moment. The check in process was easy and we immediately went to the upper pool, it’s branded as a jacuzzi but a lot more like a pool. The food and drink service was fast and showed up nicely. The area is filled with food, beverage, tattoo and shopping. Rooms were cold snd clean with drinking water provided daily.

Very clean and friendly staff. Room cleaning was always on point. Location is also very nice because of proximity to marts and 10min walk to kuta beach. Overall, would definitely recommend staying here.

We stayed here for 4 nights in September 2023. We could not recommend this place highly enough! We loved how nice and clean the hotel was, and the friendliness of the staff. We stayed 3 different places in Bali and this was our favorite. It’s so close to everything and we enjoyed being pretty central. Most of all, the service was great and helpful.

Le pire séjour de toute mon existence. Pour commencer, nous avions réservé 2 lits, on se retrouve avec un grand lit, soit disant surclassé (vip accès) face à la piscine. Nous obtenons une chambre, la dernière du couloir le long de la rue et nous avions l’impression de dormir sur le trottoir tellement l’isolation était inexistante. Impossible de fermer l’œil pendant 5 nuits. Les serviettes de toilettes n’étaient pas changées. Le ménage était plus que succinct. Quant au petit déjeuner, ils appellent ça buffet, mais ça n’a que le nom car le choix est très limité et la qualité pas terrible.

Enjoyed the stay. Hotel is clean and comfortable. However, room faced over major road and was noisy all night. Room service is great price and good quality, which was great for the kids.

There wasn’t much apart from location that was good about this hotel. The rooms we were in were not clean at all. I have photos to prove. The linen and towels all need renewed. The linen looked as though it had been laundered but had stains. The towels were a disgusting grey with bad stains. I have photos to prove. The breakfast was probably the worst breakfast in Bali in over 25 years going there. The food was cold with not much choice. I did complain but the same the next morning cold food raw eggs. So we never ate there again what a waste of money paying for a breakfast that we were supposed to get for free for being VIP. I could go on forever. I just wish I had read reviews more before I chose this hotel. I don’t know how this hotel gets it’s ratings. The bottom pool is good but the top pool has no shade What so ever. Will never recommend or stay at this hotel again. Music from both pools clash which makes it sound like a rabble.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel because my parents were staying here on holiday at the same time as us. Its a beautiful hotel, it has good vibes. Both pools have great benefits although a bit of cloth shade over the sun lounges on the rooftop would be good as it gets quite hot up there and no shade but its still great up there, lovely staff, pool gets heated and has pretty lights from 2pm. The drinks are really nice at the hotel however they are a bit pricey compared to other hotels we have stayed at which stopped us from being around the pool area having a drink or playing pool and having a drink. All of the staff were so helpful whenever we needed absolutely anything! Nothing was a problem and they were always happy to help in any way they could. Our room cleaner, Sunya, was especially AMAZING! He made our room so beautiful all the time, he was so bubbly, friendly and an all round great guy. He truly made our experience more special in every way that he could. Thank you so much Sunya. As much as we loved the hotel Sunya was our favourite part.
