Overall good value for stay, a bit loud at night time with the restaurants near by, and noisy guests in the hallways. Otherwise, it was a good stay. Thanks!

The property was great value for money and it’s well located. The staff were friendly, the AC were great and the biggest surprise for the money we paid was how comfy the bed was. The only downside was the wifi. We stayed at the end of the hotel and the signal was very weak and didn’t work most of the time, however they did offer to move us to a new room but we had already settled after a few nights and didn’t want to pack back up and move, however it was nice for the offer. Overall a really great stay and would go back.

I did not like that I was told I would get a king bed and it's really 2 twins pushed together and then wrapped with an old bloody comforter. Really. I took it all apart because it was so uncomfortable as it was made. I just put the sheet directly on the mattress and slept on the one twin bed. They are high quality mattresses but it's not a king bed. And they really need to just get a real mattress cover instead of using some old comforter that someone soiled.

Aurcon was faulty, bathroom sink wouldmt drain. Had to basically beg to me moved to a different room. Staff were very unhelpful but found out later that many dont speak English. Linen was diety in both room. First room had fresh pen ink on the doona (clearly hadnt been washed) and there was no top sheet. Second room had stains on the linen. Was also very concerning when maintenance just let themselves in to my room without knocking invading my privacy and making me feel very unsafe. My recommendation is dont stay here.

The hotel itself is fine, small rooms but the bed is comfortable. The staff are so lovely and the location is amazing. But If you want to be in bed before 12am this hotel is not for you. You can hear a different band playing on each side of your hotel room and in early hours of the morning you can hear every little sound. Trolleys, in corridor bikes cars people yelling in the corridor. Doors slamming. I’m glad I brang my ear plugs or I would have left.

ZEST Hotel staff members were friendly, efficient and provided excellent customer service. The property is value for money and kept in very good condition. It is located near to multiple, entertainment, dining and shopping options. It's only a short walk to the beach and transport is readily available for longer trips.

L établissement est bien situé, le personnel est agréable. La piscine en rooftop est bien. Le ménage de la chambre a été fait tous les jours meme si il faudrait qu il soit un peu plus pousser. J ai demandé un sèche cheveux au début de mon séjour, arrivée le 06/01/2023 … je l’attends encore … repartie le 27/01/2023 Ma litière n’était pas au top, trop molle et sûrement trop vieille L établissement à besoin de faire quelques menus travaux, parasols de la piscine, isolation sonore des chambres intérieur et extérieur

I did like the Zest, the price was great, the staff was fantastic, and the location was good with lots of restaurants within walking distance. If I had any negative thoughts it would be the noise from a bar across the road between 9 and 11 at night. I will stay again and thanks for having me.

I’ve stayed at (and worked from) Zest Hotel Legian for several weeks. Hotel facilities (including alfresco restaurant/café and rooftop pool) are aesthetic, comfortable, and well-maintained. The room itself is also well-designed, comfortable, clean, and very functional. Hotel staff have been easy to talk to, professional, friendly, and helpful. Dining options have been scaled back during Covid-19, but everything that I’ve ordered from the kitchen and bar has been delicious. I think most hotels and businesses in the area are trying their best to offer guests what they need, despite pandemic limitations. I’ve had a very good experience here.

The coffee is great. Clean room, comfy beds, lovely staff. Discount at restaurant for guests, great food. Good location. A little noisy with bar opposite but I sleep with earplugs - problem sorted. I've stayed at Zest many times and will again. Ticks all my boxes.
