'We had a great stay and really enjoyed our time at this property. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described, which made settling in easy. The location was convenient and made it simple to explore the area, and the overall atmosphere felt welcoming and well cared for.Communication with the host was smooth and responsive, which we really appreciated. Everything we needed was provided, and it made for a relaxing, stress-free stay. The only small issue we ran into was that there...

'Positives: 1. Can’t beat the locations 2. Breakfast was good 3. Room was spacious 4. Beds very comfortable Negatives: 1. They sent the wrong wifi information which required emails to sort out. If I didn’t have a data plan this would have been quite problematic 2. Shower has great water pressure but the water does not get hot enough for it be enjoyed 3. Room was cold and damp and heater in the room did not work'

'The layout is difficult to manage. The noise from rooms next to the apa'

'This hotel is located in a narrow street filled with several bars and restaurants. It is perfect if you would like to go out to eat. But the noise from outside is quite significant . The room did not have any air conditioning system, except two fans that one of them was broken. We had to close the windows because of the outside noise, so the room was quite hot. I contacted the management...

'Beautiful B&B in the heart of Amsterdam. The spacious rooms are designed with love, welcoming their guests with just that bit extra. Stunning view of the grachtenhuizen gardens. A must have Amsterdam experience. '

'Very good room and nearby everything!'

'The location was very good. I walked everywhere. Great communication and service. They even let me do my laundry one day which was super helpful because I still had 3 more weeks of travelling. My place was cleaned daily and there was lots of room to put my stuff out for the week. I would definitely stay here again.'

'Appartement was niet goed schoongemaakt. Op het toilet zat urine tussen de deksel en het scharnier. Gordijnen waren niet schoon. Zagen slordig uit. De gordijnen bij de slaapkamer hingen los. Kon niet gesloten worden. Rookmelder was niet compleet, zat alleen een dekseltje aan plafond. Televisie was buiten werking. Was nog niet aangepast aan digitaal, vertelde de eigenaar. Heeft hij niet vooraf gemeld. Was vervelend dat we hier zelf achter moesten komen. Hij nam niet op toen we laatste avond belde...
