'I wanted ground floor unit due to 2 people having mobility issues. sent property a request for this with no reply. arrived to be told on 2nd level with stairs as the only access. asked if we could change to ground level & told no sorry. This made our stay difficult for the ones navigating the stairs with their mobility issues '

'This condo was perfect for mine and my family's needs. Because of the full kitchen including dishwasher, oven, microwave, and refrigerator, we were able to eat some meals in the condo and eat a few out as well keeping my stay budget friendly. 'The check-in email got blocked as Spam and I emailed, texted and called the property several times seeking information. Nobody ever responded. We sat in our car in the sun in the parking lot for several hours waiting for check-in help. Finally figured it out by ourselves after finding the email in spam folder. The place sleeps 5, but the couch only seats 2 comfortably. They boast of cereal and stuff available. No, there isn’t. No smart TV, only basic cable which seemed to have OLD sitcoms or...

'I have never had an issue communicating with a property using Hotels.Com but that was the case with Griffith Hall. The person who registered us said that it was a common issue for them. In the end, things worked out but it could be a problematic issue. The residence is just that a college residence. Don't expect a regular hotel experience. And be prepared to use public transit to get anywhere or walk a lot. It is not in a central location.'

'Fabulous place very clean and friendly ideally situated. This is our 2nd time staying here I would highly recommend it and it's not overly expensive. 'The accommodations were so unique. This property is just a gem. There is a sense of deep peacefulness here. The small local towns provide everything you want.
