'I didn't like the websites that I used to get to book this room but once I dealt with the Hosts directly it was excellent. They were very helpful and lovely to deal with, even lending me a bike. This is a VERY nice family. Because I'm a bit shy I didn't share the kitchen with them apart from cups of tea etc. but they made it clear that I was very welcome'

'There were two bad marks on the grey sofa, these did not look as if anyone had even tried to removed them.There was also a large mark on the throw on the bed in one of the rooms.The weather was good, so we sat outside for a cuppa and the whole area needs weeding as does the patch of ground at the front door.'

The location is awesome New Brighton is a great little beach community there is beach access right across the street lots of places to eat and shop that are a short walk away '
