'We’ve returned to this condo a few times because the cleanliness and convenience are consistently excellent. The host is great at communicating in a timely manner. Overall a great place!'

'Location .. excellent Cleanliness … excellent Super easy check in check out Well stocked with kitchen necessities and towels etc it has everything you could possibly need . The only negative thing was the bed and bedding. Metal frame bed makes noise any time you move and bed pillows are rock hard . We brought our own pillows so wasn’t an issue ( we learned from last year ) But otherwise everything was excellent !!Will definitely return again .'

'It was absolutely perfect in every respect. Parking was right next to the building, easy inside and availability to Walking to downtown walking to a local lake walking to local restaurants walking to biking trails, there was not one thing that wasn’t walkable once you got there. The actual room and suites and kitchen were stellar. The kitchen lacked absolutely nothing and offered everything. The bedroom was comfortable. The bathroom was large extra and the laundry room both had everything you...

'We really enjoyed this rental during the new years week in TC. It was clean, accommodating and you cannot beat the location to downtown. We’ve stayed in this condo grouping on 3 occasions and this is the best unit thus far. Would gladly return. '

'This property was beautifully maintained and very comfortable for my husband and I. Would absolutely book again.'

'Cozy well equipped condo for two with views of the bay. '

'Great place, comfortable bed and very clean, the space was perfect for two people. Very nice location with shops and restaurants in the same building! Brunch at the Red Spire was fantastic. '

'Good spot near downtown TC'

'Great property within walking distance of Traverse City! Perfect for two couples. We only stayed one night but would definitely return again. Super clean and well appointed. If you stay here plan at least one night of carry out to enjoy lakefront dining on the rooftop patio. It was an amazing view and there are not many lake view restaurants in TC!'

'It was a great property! Cute and clean ! And a great location ! The area was beautiful !'

'Description of property could be better. Number of floors, stairs and size of parking garage space. The vehicle we drove, Chevrolet Colorado barely fit, we had to park it offsite as the only way to get in and out of the unit was to slide through the backseat.Everything else was good, with the exception of the roof top. Prior to our arrival there was a major rainfall and patio furniture had not been covered and we were not able to enjoy the rooftop seating our first night. Fortunately, everything...
