'We had high hopes for this hotel based on previous experience with Valencia Hotels.. BUT- Monday night no working AC called the desk 3 times no answer, next morning get a call that they were trying to locate a leak making the ac not work like it should. We had to go buy a fan, room was so hot and humid that the carpet felt wet. They had construction on the 3rd floor. No biggie other than the fact there was “no room” to move us to. Heard another guest complain and get moved rooms. Just...

'The room smelled of smoke the minute you walked in. After I complained the set off an “odor bomb” which only disguised the smell for a few hours. The smell from the smoke and the odor bomb was horrible and made breathing difficult. My daughter found a roach in her room. Do not stay here!'

'There was minimal parking due to the construction going on which also meant checking in at the “Office” was in one of the rooms. Our room smelled terribly of cigarette smoke and there were cigarette butts littered all around the parking area. The picture on the small TV was messed up, but still functioning. On a positive note, all of the sheets and towels smelled clean and the bed was comfortable. '
