'When we got to this location , the house was freezing and we tried to turn the heat on but nothing happened for 2 hours we were still cold. I called the owner and he moved us to a different location right away. The other place was amazing it fit everybody and it was very warm! Thank you for letting us stay in your home !'

'Unfortunately, our stay wasn’t very comfortable. The place didn’t feel very clean — the shower was in poor condition, and my wife didn’t even feel comfortable using it the second day. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, and the pillows were very flat. Everything felt old, dusty, and not well-maintained, which really triggered our allergies.We were frustrated to pay a 150 cleaning fee when it was clear the property hadn’t been properly cleaned.
