'Property was great, the management company looking after it not so much. My check in was at 3pm. I had not received any Checkin instructions by then. I sent sms, called, send them messages in bookabachs messaging system from 2.30pm onwards. I must’ve called a few times, sent several messages but no reply whatsoever.
